CVS, Urbandale IA

Any time I have questions or concerns they are always able to clarify and make me feel okay. I’ve been calling to help me reach another CVS in MN bc MN won’t pick up the phone or act like they don’t know what I’m talking about and CVS in IA has made numerous attempts to help me. I will continue going to this CVS until I don’t live in the area anymore. Thank you for the hard work and the employees who are very helpful.

I tried calling both the pharmacy and the store itself and all five times their automatic phone system hangs up on me after asking me to please hold.

I went to urgent care and they sent over a prescription.i waited a bit and then headed over to CVS and they told me that it would take about 30 to 45 minutes to make it so i waited longer than that i waited an hour just to give them extra time to make it and when i pull up to the window they told me that it's going to be another half hour not like i just wasted an hour and a half technically of my life just sitting in a parking lot because they said they'd have it ready when in reality they weren't even making it because they were too busy even though i got there before the people thank you for that

The deals were mislabeled and we had to pay a whole 3 dollars more than necessary. We spent 10 minutes on a 5 minute adventure this place sucks!

Great staff, convenient location. They have most of the essentials that you need. And the rewards program is great.

I just started at the CVS pharmacy and happy I did.very nice staff and good service. Also, I found a non-Rx item easily because of the helpful signs above the aisle. If there is a poor rating at this store.they must have had a bad day!

The worst pharmacy. We only go there because our health insurance forces us to. We have problems constantly & the limited pharmacy hours are ridiculous!

I wanted to check out the new drug store. Wow! It exceeded my expectations as for atmosphere organization and variety of products offered. Signs were very helpful. The cashier was so friendly, I left smiling.

My wife and daughters and I were checking out. My son went to find the bathroom. When we got out to the car he told us that they said that they didn't have a bathroom? I will never stop there again. Walgreens is just down the road and I know they aren't turning away kids that have to use the facilities.

Started my prescriptions here about 4 months ago, and have been very pleased with their service. The store has a lot to offer as well.
