I have enjoyed many years with Julia at D & S Services. Just recently after receiving a letter requesting that I pay another $3,000 dollars, I took it to Julia after setting up an appointment. She explained that the letter was erroneous, and that they hadn't credited my account with tax monies that had already been deducted. She showed me the phone number that I should call to request that my account be reviewed. Julia showed me what I should tell the tax representative, and upon doing just that, the representative fully agreed, and apologized, I was so glad that I didn't have to pay another huge amount to the federal government. I'm glad to pay my share, but I'm not needing to pay double! Thank you Julia for your expert help.
