Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, Muscatine IA

The food here is always good, but at this point I feel like they actively ignore my requests. 3 times in a row ask for dipping sauce for cheese curds, and get none, *told them that* today and the STILL didn’t give it to me. That’s pretty poor service.

Never gets my order right, I asked for no queso with my pretzel sticks, I get queso. I asked for barbecue sauce for my chicken strips I get no barbecue sauce. Never fails, I almost have to go through my bag of food before I leave the window to make sure that they're doing their job right. Hamburgers have not tasted right for a min, probably using over frozen meat.

Not really to happy I’m sitting at Dairy Queen waiting for two orders for 25 minutes while all the workers were sitting there staring out the window because there was a cop that got a call that this lady hit this guy like what manager lets employees stop everything they are doing to watch something that’s not that big of a deal

Took my granddaughters there for some extra grandma time. Wonderful & tastey as always.

Just went thru the drive thru and received my order and when I got to Kent Stein I looked in the sack, it was missing my receipt, napkins, fork for the salad and the salad dressing I requested and paid extra for. Since I was already parked for the Muskie softball playoff game I wasn't going to go back and lose my parking spot I left early to get.

Then when I talked to the manager she said I could come back and get a napkin and fork and salad dressing. I explained my predicament and she said stop by later for the salad. Once The game is over, I'm not going back for a salad. 2 or 3 bucks for the return trip and my time is more valuable than that, I asked for a burger or a blizzard. She said no.

Taking my business elsewhere and by the way there were many cars behind me so I was trying to get out of there to help keep the flow going. I'd say I will stay there and check my order slowly and carefully next time but highly unlikely I'll return to Dairy Queen.

Let me make it perfectly clear, I won't be back. On top of everything I said above, here's a pic of the salad that I paid extra to upgrade from fries. Container was a decent size but it was only about 1/3rd full. No reasonable resolution given for what I went through, I won't be back. Bad service and bad customer support. I'll spread the word.

I ordered a large onion ring and received 6 onions rings for $4.39.3 onion rings were small ones and 3 larger ones? If this is standard I will go elsewhere for my onion rings.

So even tho i LOVE there food and LOVE there icecreem i can NOT in all honesty give them any higher them a 3.nearly EVERY time i order a blizard they get it wrong.i order a Royal Cheesecake with added caremel and fudge. Royal cheesecake is SUPPOSED to have a core of strawberry in it.nearly EVERY time i order it tho they "forget" to put the strawberry core in it.and as of late there blizards have not been as solid as they useually are.granted adding fudge with mine is GOING to make it alittle more liquidy even when i DONT order fudge the blizard is nearly compleatly melted by the time it actually gets to me.

I would advise anyone to take caution when eating at this restaurant. They have flies RAMPANT and there's seemingly nothing being done about it. I have since come back after these photos were taken, and there were even more flies buzzing around without a single worry.

Stay far away until the health inspector comes in to take a look.

New owners really are taking care of this place. Really it's 4/5 cause you got to deal with teens trying to learn at there first job but I can't cut a star because you have to start somewhere. At the very least this is one of the only restaurants left in town that has never gotten my food wrong. So there's that.

My Blizzard was perfect. Staff was very courteous. The place was just so popular that the drive through line took me about 25minutes. But still worth the wait.

The lady working the drive thru was very kind and professional. She repeated my order when I got to the window before processing my card. She knew what she was doing, & thanked me when she handed me my order.

They consistently get blizzard orders wrong. Other than that, it's decent. Just remodeled.

The lady working the drive through window at the Dairy Queen Thursday afternoon was great! People like her put a smile on your face and just lift up your day! God bless you!

Very horrible service. I got a pumpkin blizzard & all the purée was on top. I went back through to ask to be mixed I asked for the manager she said she was one that she personally blended it herself I have had the blizzard before & it wasn’t that disgusting I asked for a new one she said that she was gonna charge me for it, I feel that she made a mistake & she needed to give me one for free. Very rude little girl. I will be calling corporate.

The female worker tonight was yelling “it’s Brittney bitch” in the back well my friend was picking up an order was rude and uncalled for. Poor service honestly. I don’t recommend getting service from here if they have such rudely employees.

My experience with DQ has always been negative. That all changed when the store went under renovations and came under new management. Ever since I have had nothing but great experiences! Would recommend!

Ordered the the chicken and Biscuit combo and the biscuit were hard and I didn't get the gravy dip

I really like their ice cream and Shakes. Their burger is also very delicious. Now a days they don't have dine-in facility. But with their takeaway option you can enjoy their food at your home.
