Food portions are extremely small & High prices. Chicken strips should be called " (heavy breaded meat chunks) "? Traveling thru and DQ sounded good from years ago. Best thing was the free pup cups the manager offered for my 4 fur babies.

“Just to let you know we’re out of vanilla ice cream”… how can an ice cream shop be out of vanilla ice cream. It’s the most basic of ice cream. Dairy Queen is constantly out of everything.

Never have I had someone so rude take my order. “Can you maybe help me out with size? I’m horrible at reading minds. ” Snarky. And we paid for mediums, got smalls. Clear Lake DQ is 7 miles away and customers are appreciated I bet.

Went through the drive-thru & we ordered a triple chocolate brownie, a sundae, and a dipped cone. The sundae was fine. The dipped cone was the smallest large cone I have seen in a while. The thing that destroyed my treat was watching a chubby middle-aged male walk up to the young lady making my dessert. He plopped something into the bowl, and wiped his bare hands on his shirt as he walked away. No! I do not want a brownie that was manhandled by someone not using tongs or gloves. Disgusting! It ruined it for me.

I ordered an original double cheeseburger on my lunch break today. When I got back to work my burger was what I assumed to be an A1 burger. It had bacon on it and I don't eat bacon. I had no time to return to DQ so my $10 lunch was a med diet coke and a small order (about 8 rings) of onion rings. Very poor lunch. The person taking orders seemed to me like she didn't want to be there. I gave 2 stars because the ORs were hot and fresh.

Got lunch after a riding in on RAGBRAI. The Burger is the spot. Onion rings were made fresh and hot.

Started with a very quiet speaking, non smiling order taker.
After a longer than usual wait for dq, and customers that came in after our order was taken got their food, the very rude order deliverer rushed past a WWII Veteran using a walker (he had to stop and wait) this mannerless server dropped our tray on the table without any hesitation or a single word.
The food was alright, not up to the usual dq standards we have experienced across the country. Yes, we visit many stores regularly.
We will not visit this store again.

We went inside and placed our order. After ten minutes we were given our milkshake and sundae. They said they would bring our burgers to our table. After another ten minutes the sundae is gone and still no burgers. Asking where they were, we got no good answer. After almost another ten minutes we got them but never an apology or explanation. There were over four employees behind the counter and only two other groups eating inside. We felt drive through customers got preference. The food was fine, the service was awful.

Waited over half an hour for our order. After 15 minutes, I went back to the counter. At least five people asked if I had been helped yet, when I said I had been waiting for 15 minutes they each just walked away with no comment. There were only two occupied tables in the whole restaurant.

I used maps to find a DQ in Mason City IA and I had to drive 4+ mi out of the way from my trek from Des Moines to Minneapolis. I waited a very long time to get the Blizzard and my order was wrong. I asked for extra chocolate and got NO chocolate. I rarely indulge in junk food but I had a craving. At lease it will be easier to talk myself out of it next time.

Had the blizzard disappointed they didn't flip it upside down to show its thickness which they used to guarantee or got it free

Historically I've had bad experiences at this dairy queen but this time was different. They must be doing things differently because it was a great dining experience for fast food.

Manager running register while playing on his phone giving attitude toward employees "we close soon I want it done now" was acting very impatient waiting on our group to order & reminded us twice they close soon. " I don't care I want it done by 7 we get fined for every minute you stay passed 7"

Used the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon. Wait time was average and overall experience good.

Needed my French fry fix which I indulge in from time to time so I got them here at DQ and man were they GOOD and with the mini bread sticks my mango slushie I'm very happy I stopped here they have some of the best mango slushies I've ever tasted. I definitely recommend going to DQ if you want a slushie.

This was supposed to be a large hotfudge sundae, we also ordered 4 blizzards all were melted and our wait time was outrages, this picture was taken as we came out of the drive thru, do yourself a favor if you want ice cream go to mcdonalds or Birdsalls and save yourself 30 dollars.

I was able to use the app and all things were as ordered. Told the speaker I had a mobile order, got to the window order was ready and no money exchanged super simple.

For only the drive thru to be open.they should be more able to cook the food properly.we got 2 chicken strip baskets and it was the worst chicken I've ever eat, didn't have any gravy.seemed like the chicken had been there all day.it was dried out.was going to get some desert, but I figured why waste my money.they should just close entirely. IMO

I asked for no ice in my soda and got ice. I didnt get a straw for my drink. And the chocolate ice cream was nasty

I live in the area and i only come here when i am desperate for ice cream. I have yet to have been in and out of the drive thru there. They need a sign in the drive thru saying “minimum wait 20 min” because that has honestly been the least amount of time i have waited in line here…EVER. Only 4 cars ahead of me today and i have still been in line for 20 minutes and i haven't even ordered yet.
