14Ordered 2 blizzards from druve thru. One was over filled and dripping as soon as it was handed to us. Not a great day trying to clean up their mess in my car. Lucky granddaughter was with me or the girl in the window would have been wearing it.
Better service in Boone than any of the stores in Ames and I'm willing to drive the extra mileage for better service.
Ridiculously expensive ice cream for it to not even be good. Always melted when I get it and it doesn’t it taste like ice cream. It tastes like sugar water.
We love DQ, however, lately the blizzards have not stood up to the "upside down flip" standard?

Hello, I don’t usually do Dairy Queen food. But I needed an Ice Cream cake for a birthday. So I picked up a meal. The attached picture is a 4 piece meal. If you can’t tell, it’s 3 and a half.
I know what you’re going to say. The guy (me) ripped off a piece of one piece of the chicken. That’s fine, you can say that. But that’s not what happened. I got an obvious 3 and a half piece meal. Not sure how obvious it can be. And not impressed. It is like someone intentionally ate half of it.
Average to good food. It's just that the prices are so dang high. Even with a 25% off coupon it was expensive.
Why don't they take the Dq app I am very upset I have to leave town to go to DQ that 20 miles away to use the stupid app!
Melted blizzards. They let them sit after you pay and you watch it melt as they ignore the window when they see it’s melted they put a plastic cup under it to catch the liquid. When commented on, they give you a bunch of napkins to sop up the melted ice cream. Not worth the dairy. Helped me kick my diet cheat habit; won’t be returning
If you collect points like I do they don't do it here. Ice cream was good. The girl was new but nice.
Was MUCH BETTER with previous owners. Not crazy about the new owners. Place isn't as clean & they STILL can't make a good blizzard
We stopped to get a cake and were disappointed we could not use points from the DQ app. Then after we left we realized we got over charged for the cake we got.
Food was not good at all and staff was very rude! Was a mistake to go here I had a total of 25$ for a burger and some chicken strips with fries what is that about food not worth it
I wish they would allow more than 2 separate orders. I work for a company that our client have to pay for their own order separately from the rest of the group. The care giver has to order that way. And most of the time their is only one person with the clients. And we can't leave them in a van by themselves.
