Dairy Queen Store, Story City IA

I had some rude people taking my order and at the window! There was this girl who was rude to me she was like a dirty blonde she had a lot of zits on her face. They took absolutely for ever making my food and forgot some sauces. Also I saw when they took my money that she and some other girl or dude with long hair was just goofy around and not doing anything. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

The 2 ladies working tonight were the sweetest and funniest people I've see for awhile, definitely my best experience at a dairy queen

The young girl with glasses who was there tonight is such a sweetheart! Whatever she's getting paid she needs more, such a kind smile and bubbly personality. 10/10 will come back

Paul/PJ was maybe the worst customer service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. So hateful to us and several other customers. Judging by other reviews this doesn’t seem to just be a bad day.

Absolute worst customer service from the manager. All around the worst location ever. I'm not coming back again

I used to enjoy eating here and in-fact worked under past ownership. After new ownership everything has gone down hill. The new manager is very disrespectful to his employees and customers especially minors. He treats his customers like an annoyance and not to mention the prices have gone up. I just don't understand, If your customers are your source of income then why would you make them feel unwanted?

If there were 10 stars for service this store would get them, and more! Exceptional service, friendly server and manager. Our order was prepared quickly and correctly, such a change from a previous DQ experience in Cameron, MO. The store was clean and well run. We would definitely go back!

We went thru Drive-Thru. Food was good. Had shakes and chicken strips. All were very good! Would stop there again!

"PJ" is so rude. We came in the other day and he made very inappropriate comments to his female employees, and he treated us like an inconvenience. If you don't want to be nice to people then don't work in customer service

95 degrees out and air conditioning in the store wasn’t working. Burgers were thrown together. Buns were dried out and fries were soggy. Floor was slimy slick and ice cream was half melted when we got it. It was not a good experience.

I was on vacation and this store was way better than the ones that I generally use. The staff was excellent and the inside was very clean.

PJ the manager waited on us and was so rude we walked out. Last time I was treated so rudely was years ago. First time in DQ for a
meal in years and won't be back! Also saw him mistreating young employee - feel sorry for everyone there

We were coming here for lunch and we had the manager "PJ" taking our orders. Just before we had ordered he was rude to one of the employees. I just let it slide by not thinking anything about it. So he is taking our orders and he was so rude about everything, such as slamming a cup down for no good reason. So we wound up leaving and going to McDonald's across the street.

Fries. WET
Chicken Strips. WET
Texas Toast. BURNT
Ice Cream.pretty good tbh

Been sitting outside for over 20 minutes waiting for chicken strips. The cars that were here before me also haven't gotten their food as well.
