My shake was great; however my the other one I ordered was butterscotch, and it ended up being vanilla.

This place just rocks! Lately, I've been really digging their pumpkin pie tornadoes, but I've also had and loved their slushes, banana splits, Sundays, fries, cheese curds, onion rings, polish sausage, and their banana malts with extra malt powder definitely hit the spot! I started coming here years ago because they were more cost friendly and give you more for your buck than the name brand place. One of my favorite things about this place is that the options and flavors stay the same, but they do add some different things as well. This place is a must visit if you're in the area and a fan of these types of treats.

I absolutely love this place is so Eastside. It's right across from the cows, and it is delicious. Favorite thing is a cake better shake with carmel on. And is it whatever I hear tonight? She gives whatever you're having an honey.

Amazing ice cream and locally owned and operated which is what I love best! Been bringing my kids and now grandkids there for years.

This is REAL ice cream, not soft serve. The strawberry cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake and many other tornadoes are crazy yummy. The grasshopper and peanut butter+chocolate shakes are massively rich. And the fried pickle spears and broccoli poppers are always crisp and perfect amount of salty. Our dogs adore the puppy cones too. Best in Des Moines!

This place is always super busy but they are always fast and efficient while providing yummy treats! They’re truly our family’s favorite — lemon pie tornado with graham cracker instead of pie crust, add cheesecake pieces, the best!

One of our favorite ice cream places in Des Moines! Locally owned and operated and an east side tradition. Their tornadoes always hit the spot and they have great different flavors and combos and often have daily deals and specials. Their lunch food is always good too.

Insanely quick, insanely good, and insanely low prices. Always busy when it's warm out, but they serve a 15 car line within 20 mins every time. Dairy queen who?

First visit and this establishment is absolutely fantastic. Tasty food and friendly staff. Ample outside patio to enjoy the goodies. Awesome hot and deserts.

I'm not very happy with u guys my food was messed up I wanted everything on I did not get get ketchup and mustard and pickles or onions and no meat on my beef nachos and no waffle fries and warm ice tea with no ices
