Our technician was Brad, he was 3 hours earlier than scheduled, he was a great guy, fixed the problem real quick and helped us with a few more items also.

The guys that came to do the preventive maintenance on the plumbing & heating were very friendly and helpful in answering questions. They gave suggestions on time-lines for replacing items. Their customer service was great.

We were suddenly without AC on a hot humid Saturday. Andy came in an hour or so, and diagnosed the problem. The came back a few times during the day to complete the repairs, and we had a restful night. He was pleasant and competent. Highly recommend him and DaltonPHC.

Steve did a fantastic job getting our furnace and central air installed completely in one day. They were here until 6: 00 on a Friday making sure everything was complete. They did a great job on the clean up as well!

Our sump pump failed on Labor Day. Jake from Dalton was at our home in less than an hour. He installed a new sump pump, telling us what he was doing as he was doing it. He is very knowledgeable, and worked quickly.

Jake did our plumbing check. He was so friendly and took time to explain everything he'd found and what got checked. He was also informative and patient answer concerns I had with our laundry drain.

Mike Stephens performed a thorough plumbing inspection of the house, making minor repairs on a couple of areas. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and provided a good explanation of one problem area and how it could be fixed. Very good visit and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing problem.
