Horrible customer service. Took my vehicle in for a recall item and a rattle. The technician left oily foot prints all over the front and middle row interior. It took 4 times of me contacting them to express my frustration before anyone got back to me. The manager never called me back with how they will make it right. I left them a message letting them know not to bother calling back after waiting 4 business days for a return call. Will not go back for service because its obvious they font care about customers.

I didn’t end up buying a vehicle but Max Freilinger was extremely helpful and I recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle reach out to him, I know I will when it’s time to upgrade. The new Rogue is really nice.

Also shout out to service department, especially Scott Hansel. They have always treated me well with my old Altima and current Rogue.

We came in just to look, we had bought cars in the past from Nissan and wanted to see how they compared with our Hyundai Elantra. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, no pressure at all. Trent was very interested in understanding what our priorities were and showed us a broad range of options. Tommy was very helpful with our financing and explaining different warranties and service options. We're very happy we came back to Nissan and absolutely love our new Altima!

From someone who worked in the car business for 5 years I had a fantastic experience! Talked to Tony in sales and he made an appointment with me on the car I wanted to see and he had it there waiting for me when I got there. Gave me an excellent number on my trade and the business manager Tomi did a fantastic job as well. Got me an astonishing rate. Highly recommend Dave Wright! The service representative, Riley Powers was great. Your location did not have my battery in stock. That cost me $81 more than if you had it, and almost 3 hours trying to find the right battery.

In what we consider to be the most difficult time to purchase a vehicle he made it so easy for us. We called told him what were were looking for and our budget, he had everything that fit our wants all lined up ready to test drive. So
appreciated this! No walking all over the lot with a map trying to figure out where a potential vehicle is hiding.
He impressed us so much with his knowledge of every feature each vehicle offered, it was clear he was highly educated in all vehicles. He has continued to be in touch with us making sure we do not have any questions, still weeks later after our new purchase.

NEVER did we stand around waiting on him asking management questions in regards to our purchase. We really appreciated this, dealerships we visited prior- the salesmen needed to go back and forth to speak with people or take lunch? -as we stood waiting. ANTHONY did NOT- HUGE PLUS!

Lastly as we sat with finance purchasing our Altima right out side of the room was our freshly washed Altima and Anthony walking around it buffing it up to perfection.

Total experience from phone call to driving off the lot. 10 out of 10!

All the work was done in the time expected. Check out was pleasant and he walked me to the car to make sure the notifications settings had been reset. I appreciated that very mucu.

Fabulous service, great experience! Sales person Kaila Tiedeman did a wonderful job. She listened and really got us what we wanted, and was extremely knowledge about our vehical. We will definitely go back to Dave Wright Nissan and definitely use Kaila again!

I would rate them better but every time you go on they website to look at the price of a vehicle it says call them for availability. That's no way to run online services for a car lot. I also wanted to work with them in the past and the told I need to put and extra 3500 dollars down with my trade. On a push or pull deal I'm no Thanx unless the put the price of these cars on the website there's no way I'll do business with them. I would like to know the price of the car I'm trying to purchase not calling all the time to ask the pricing. So better and be better

We had an amazing experience at Dave Wright Nissan! Carter was phenomenal, very patient and attentive! We never felt pushed, rushed, or like we were just there for anyone's commission. We've been to lots of car dealers, but DW is top-notch!

First I called another Nissan dealership closer to my home. I couldn't bring my car in for a week and a half. I called Dave Wright Nissan on a Friday and had an appt for the following Monday. Even though I had to travel 50 miles, I appreciated the fact that I could make an appt quickly.
The Service Advisor, Scott Hansel, was very up front about what was wrong with my car. The car needed an Odometer Package which is costly and since they needed to go to an outside company, they weren't sure when they could get the part. He was very up front with this and we even went over to the parts dept and talked with them. I appreciated that every things was discussed openly.
Much to my surprise, the part was overnighted and put in and I received a call on Wed.that my car was done. I was was really happy. My experience went from " a worst case" to a "surprise-it's done! " Thank you.

If you haven't been in to see Anthony R at Dave Wright, it's a must. Not only did he find my dream car, but whenever I needed anything after the purchase he helped out in any way he could (even drove me 2 hours to pick it up once). He's honest, diligent and insanely kind! You won't find a better guy in the joint! Highly, highly recommend him!

Dave Wright Nissan is the place to go for good deal and a great vehicle. Very attentive sales people and they work hard to get you a good deal. I would recommend it to anybody who wants a good car at a very reasonable price.
