Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Dodge

Loved it here 2 nights every thing with n walking distance kimmy was awesome host and the staff was great beds comfortable and inexpensive thank you to everyone

The staff and Rooms were Nice And Clean. Only problem we didn't like was the whole building smelled like marijuana once you open main front door. Then we get into our room and it's very strong to point makes your stomach feel weird. Someone who doesn't smoke it doesn't bother them. We believe there's drugs being sold. Not for long though cause popo's are here.

Upon checking in, the whole motel stinks, smells like an ashtray and is dirty. Should’ve left at this point but I gave them a chance. As me and my lady are sleeping we hear the door snatch the chain protection latch and quickly hop up to see what’s going on and here the door stands opened up as far as the latch would let it. I ran downstairs and spoke with the manager on duty which said that her “ignorant employee” her words had tried to get into the room but never stated why. There’s creepy guys that stay there and seem like they are pretty settled in for a while. Also there are other people (no judgement just stating the fact) but there are people staying there like the days inn are apartment buildings. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!

Stayed a couple nights last week and had a wonderful time. Kim and Amy were both incredible! They made me feel like family. Please be sure to recognize them for their kindness.room was clean and comfortably and the shower was amazing! Wednesday night dinner was so good and continental breakfast delicious! Have stayed there before and will stay there next time. Very satisfied!

Don't the pictures/ video say enough? I was still denied the refund of my two nights I paid for, The employee's was living on the same floor as I stayed (only 3 hours while I waited on my dad to take me elsewhere) and I obverse several illegal activities either by eyes sight or from overhearing them talk

TV didn't work. Toilet ran all night. There was no phone in my room. The mattress was horrible. Great breakfast. So if you want to spend approximately $90 for a single room for a great breakfast, be my guest.

An absolutely wonderful experience! What a relaxing, comfortable room! Clean with all the amenities - and the lobby and overall atmosphere is great with a touch of down-home warmth thanks to the awesome manager Kim! I highly recommend this motel! - Ian

We just arrived and saw online that every room has a kitchenette. I'm assuming they think a microwave is a kitchenette. Extremely unhappy with room, it smells horrible, had to immediately clean the whole room myself. Horrible. It's false advertising to put that all rooms include kitchenette and not have a kitchenette in the room.

Staff was awesome. Excellent experience. Although I was at work, I felt like it was a vacation. Wednesday evening was exceptionally thoughtful for any of the guest, free dinner. Thank you.

Staff was friendly, but this place is old and smells like stale cigarettes. Bedding smelled clean and fresh but it generally felt not the cleanest. Just felt a little creepy. Bathroom looked okay, since I was there because of a car breakdown, I would have appreciated a hairdryer and mouthwash or toothbrush/toothpaste.

Rooms are not clean, water in shower was uncontrollably hot, and breakfast the muffins were burnt and orange juice was bad TV did not work holes in walls.

Terrible dirty place! Holes in the counter for kitchenette, mirror laying on the ground, lamp shades missing, trash in corners, string cheese wrapper between the beds, sheets for the roof! How is this place even in business!? DO NOT STAY HERE! Pics online are not updated!

Room was dirty. No fire alarm in room. Had a suite and cooling and heating didn't work in half of the suite. Asked for toilet riser when reservation was made none was provided nor was a handicapped room offered. Located in a dirty part of Ft. Dodge. Door frame you could see thru as door and frame didn't meet.

The only thing decent about this hotel is the price. You get what you pay for. Our room smelled like mothballs and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. There were hairs on the bathroom floor behind the toilet. The ceiling on the second floor open hallway consisted of fabric stapled up. The fabric chair in the room was filthy. The toilet ran constantly. The worst and actually dangerous was that the shower would turn scalding hot randomly without warning. I rarely if ever leave bad reviews but this hotel needs to step up its game. We prepaid with no refunds, but we seriously considered forfeiting the money to stay elsewhere.
