Nice neighborhood suprised at what a dump it was, and there is NO POOL as advertised, don't try to complain front desk says " don't care. You can leave if you want" Wyndham customer service? Nope. They say" we don't actually run the hotels so all we can do is contact the front desk managment there for you. " the front desk that just said I don't care.breakfast was ok.only hot was a waffle, cereal. Toast, milk, juice, little pastries.

DO NOT book a room based on the bed size. We booked two queens, the first two rooms we were given each had two full beds, the last room had two beds that were maybe a tad bigger but definitely not queen size. The front desk people were willing to change our room for us, but they also seemed very confused about bed sizes. Lots of activity at this place throughout the night, so if you're looking for somewhere to get some rest I wouldn't recommend this place.

Staff is really nice here. You will have clean rooms.and gateways. I stayed alone for a business trip, and it was good. Although I will not recommend for family stay.
Internet was really fast, but it has no password.not secure.
Breakfast has very, very limited options. I'll not rely on this option if you want medium quality breakfast. Forget about premium quality.
As rooms are clean, there is a good internet connection and in Clives, 20 minutes from all major places including downtown and the airport, I really don't care about other things.

Krish is a wonderful customer service representative and handled my check in wonderful an very accommodating i recommend hisnservice any were

Mattress was comphy, slept good, room was clean.would stay there again if i'm passing thru Des Moines

Someone did a hit and run on my truck in the parking lot. They caused several thousand dollars worth of damage to my bumper and no one left a note. No one runs this place with any dignity. The elevator has a note hung on it at 7 AM saying it's out of order so cleaning people can use it. It is loud and filthy.

I was happy with my experience here! I'd never been to the Midwest and picked Days Inn to stay for all 4 days. The staff was helpful, the AC in my room was great. There's a mini refrigerator, a microwave, decent sized bathroom, the bed was comfortable, cable tv, free breakfast and coffee each morning, ice machine downstairs for drinks. I enjoyed my stay here. About a 30 minute walk away from Wholefoods with lots of yummy meals, also a McDonald's right down the street and a chick fil-a if you prefer fast food!

My fiancé are enjoying the coolest place in Between the Iowa State Fair, and our tight knitted friendship circle adventures. The front receptionist Krish made sure to keep our stay as comfortable and safe as possible. As a out of State traveler, I do appreciate the great customer service and the once in a blue moon discount for staying at a trusted hotel name, such as Days Inn.

Basicly It depends on the price.
It is not worth more than 70 dollars per room per night. 70 being the limit
If you pay 40 to 50 you fell like the price is worth it in exchange of what you get.
If you pay 50 to 70 you feel like that would be the max you would pay for a place like this.
That is the best way i could describe it.
It has a tv, it has an old bed, it is a small kinda clean room, it has everything you need in the room. Heat for a cold winter, a/c for a hot summer, the bathroom is jus that, A bathroom that seams to be clean enough.but everything inside and outside just feels cheap and not well taken care of. Maybe a little unsafe too.
If you are looking for a cheap place to spend the night and leave as soon as you wake up and take a shower. This is the right place for no more than 70 bucks

This place needs some help. Looked like some renovations going on and elevator was out of order so luckily got a room on the first floor. Door ended up falling off hinges and took almost 2 hours to fix. Had to iron a shirt for a funeral and none in room called to get one but waited then went to front desk and had to wait for them to grab one out of another room. Breakfast was sub par OJ ran out 5 minutes after breakfast started.

The service was terrible. The guy who checked us in was so rude and dismissive that it made us uncomfortable. The bathroom in the room was dirty, the shower didn't work well.

I wont be bringing my family back. We are thankful our stay is only 2 nights. The double room is two full beds - we asked for a rollout yet are denied due to fire hazard. So we get into our room and the only plug-ins on the front side of the room include a power strip with 4 items already plugged into it. The only guest available plug-ins are in the 2 lamps. The shower diverter doesnt pull all the way so the pressure is awful, more comes out of the spout than the shower head. We had 5 people staying and were given 2 towels. We went and asked the front desk for more - we did receive the towels but not before the desk clerk made a comment he was now out of towels. But DONT YOU WORRY, he was right on it - sitting behind the desk on his phone everytime we walked by - Im sure thats getting those towels done. The A/C is on hi/max and its cooler in the hallway than our room - we have been here 6hrs and its only gotten warmer in our room due to the limited A/C. The A/C wasnt on at all when we got here. The microwave is dirty and greasy. You get what you pay for I suppose but this place is an absolute reflection of those running it.

Do not stay at the hotel.

When we arrived, the air conditioning in the lobby was either not on or broken. The computer system was down.so no shock but to stand there and sweat. We should have left right then.
The property, corridors, stairwells, and bathrooms are filthy.

When we got to the room, I felt a bit of redemption as the bedroom was neat and clean. The bathroom however was awful. Hair and what looked to be paint chips littered the floor. The toiletries were opened and a bar of soap appeared to be used.

We went for dinner.upon our return we found the carpet under the air conditioner to be soaked with water. Most channels of the television had poor reception. I called the lobby to speak with someone regarding these issues. I was put on hold indefinitely.

The breakfast consists of a waffle machine, oatmeal, and dry cereal.

We will stay somewhere, anywhere else tonight. YUCK.

Please, do your self a favor, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Advertises as having a pool but that is false. They removed the pool so they need to remove that from their list of amenities. When you walk into the room, you are greeted by a disgusting smell. Don’t worry tho, the bathroom smells worse. Bathroom door is broken and does not shut and front door does not shut easily. Overall very dirty and disgusting run down hotel. Absolutely no money looks like it has been put back into this place. DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could leave negative stars I would. They don’t even deserve the one star option.

The rooms are nice, except the service is not so great. Our employees have been here for 2 weeks now & they were cooking & told they can’t & it’s understandable, but they have gone to the extent I going in the room with no notice & when they aren’t there & start to take pictures of their belongings in the room & have threaten to throw their stuff out when they had cooked there the first week. Today someone went to the room & started flashing the photos & our employee saw the camera roll filled with pictures of people’s rooms & belongings.

Don't have a pool false advertising don't have all the cable channels as listed and had a live chicken in sight

The hotel was disgusting, and dirty and noisy and head people walking around with liquor bottles and yelling coming out of other rooms. I would never stay there as long as I live again.

Krish at front desk is a really good personality and good person I’m great to someone would treat me like that thank you for your service
