Pool cold.shuttle at 4 am ok but the employee was not able to put a new box in the koffee maker on time instead 5 minute we had to wait 20 minutes

Great location close to DSM International Airport. Offers 24/7 shuttle. Offers Park & Fly option. Clean and comfortable rooms. Inside and outside of property was well kept. Reasonably priced and includes breakfast.

Strategic location if you come for a business trip, and excellent to come and spend a good weekend

King size mattress was broken, coils were separated causing a huge void that I kept falling into as the mattress had a very high center. Housekeeper knew about the broken bed and even said so.

Made catching my early flight east and stress free. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff polite and friendly

My pal and I stayed here for three nights on a recent trip. Our room was clean, tho the fridge reeked of past takeout. The room was also comfortable, at least as much as a cheap hotel can be. The tv isn’t a smart tv, so we bought an hdmi cord from Target in order to hook a laptop up to the screen and stream shows on it. We had to ask twice for an extra blanket since there was no comforter to be found in the room and we’re both blanket hogs. We did not use the pool.

The complimentary breakfast was dismal and downright unappetizing, and perhaps even unsafe. When one goes to a hotel, one expects a certain degree of bleakness in the complimentary breakfast. But the breakfast here went beyond that—premade, frozen cheese omelettes in the fridge that had to be microwaved on styrofoam plates in order to heat them up. No hot water (cold water had to be microwaved). And the gravy for the biscuits was in a crockpot like you’d see at mamaw’s house, except it was *cold, * for god knows how long (or perhaps even god turns his face away from this desperate, disgusting array).

We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere each morning we were here. The Green Olive just up the road is an excellent option.

The hotel is located amongst other hotels owned by Wyndham and Hilton. It’s near the airport and is also within a 10-20min drive to Des Moines attractions such as the art center, botanical conservatory, zoo, and downtown area. There’s a nice lakeside park maybe ten mins’ drive up the road (hard to say as there was a lot of construction nearby when we visited).

Tl;dr: Good location and price but a breakfast that casts the entire place’s reputation and ability to maintain health and safety standards into question. I recommend a different hotel in this area.

I asked them to extend the checkout time to 12 PM, they negotiated and persuaded me to 11: 30 AM.
I lost my excitement to give them five stars.

So happy with staying here! I just needed a cheap hotel room for a very early flight the next morning and had very low expectations. I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience! Very well kept and clean. The room I had was small and cozy, and the bed was insanely comfortable. The mattress had a super plush topper, and there were tons of pillows, all very nice quality and comfy.

This honestly is the most comfortable I've been in a hotel room.

They provide parking for travelling to, so is a very affordable option taking into consideration the cost of parking at the airport.

Was stuck at the airport and needed a room for the night. Bob at the front desk is amazing.

Front desk ppl messed up an said we checked out our room an we didn't we was there previous night an stayed next 2 nights an beds were not comfy breakfast ok overall will not stay again

Very friendly staff, caring, courteous, Bob was pleasant at front desk, nice rooms, very pleasant stay, excellent location. Breakfast was nice very spacious seating area, coffee was great very nice, parking was very spacious, close to airport

This is one of the best ran Days Inn & Suites I have stayed at! Wonderful India family runs this location with lots of Love. Very clean, organized and all the associates are courteous! Free breakfasts, free coffee 24/7. Laundry facilities and lots of security cameras and they watch the property regularly. Top notch! Lots of shopping within walking distance! Love it!

Good clean room and front desk were great and very professional, only thing I didn't like is thepicknick table outside main entrance where they smoke and hang out

Room was ok it was clean. Front desk staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife. If it was not the fact I was running about an hour later than her and if I would ha e known how upset she was I would have found another place to stay.

When checking in I handed my ID and credit card to the man at the front desk. I (32 female) was disappointed he then handed MY cards to my boyfriend who was standing right next to me, and only spoke to him and handed him all the paperwork for the stay. (which my boyfriend then gave to me as I was the only one who needed to sign it)

I was obviously paying for the hotel room, and the male front desk employee seemed to not to want to address me because I was female. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable. Will not be returning.

Flight was canceled so I was given a room here. First room smelled awful, asked for a second one and was given a key without any questions

This place was absolutely the worst. Please don't waste ur money I came for Jr Olympics I told them I may not stay bc someone had to work and then my dog died I needed to get home they told me I had the wrong hotel and hung up on me from the event so I couldn't cancel before so they could charge for another night 200 the sockets don't hold plugs they are very greedy and my dog passed I have a receipt for my dogs cremation and they charged me 200 for a night I couldn't stay I would absolutely not stay here

Megna was super friendly with accomodating a walk in request. Room was also really clean and smelled nice.

The room and the bathroom were very clean. The personal was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

I stayed for 2 days and the check-in was easy front desk was very friendly and manager welcome us very warmly. And gave us a very good overview about the service of the hotel we will definitely stay there again. I strongly recommend this hotel.
