15Yes, great service! Thank you for getting us in so promptly & taking care of the issues that needed to be addressed.
The car service department was great! They helped me with the issues my suburban had and they were really efficient! Love this location!
Courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable about my vehicle. They get my vehicle serviced or repaired and back to me in no time.
Went in troubleshooting problem w/engine lite coming on sporadically and having to clear it numerous times. Shop diagnosed problem and recommended changing the Differential Pressure Sensor, Staff was most helpful and answered the questions I had. THX
The service department is top notch, very accommodating, getting us in very timely to be on our way to Tulsa, OK
KAR group did great. They got the parts as promised and did a good job on installation. Glad to have them in the community.
Went in for a factory recall replacing the catalytic converter and they thought exhaust leak was okay to return to me so went back in And scheduled a another appointment went to that appointment exhaust still wasn't fixed so had to come back again and it got fixed that time.

They had a loner vehickle ready for me and a great turn around time for the repair
Decorah Chevy was kind enough to wait for my payment for service on my vehicle. Probably longer than they needed to.
I always get great service for my vehicle.
I will continue to work with Decorah Chevy for work on my Chevy Tahoe.
My truck broke down about an hour and a half from Decorah which was a major pain. I had the truck towed to this shop. They got me in right away and I had the truck back later that day. This was such a welcomed convenience in the midst of an otherwise frustrating experience.
Zach and Tanner made the process easy and stress free! Thank you for the professionalism and the coloring pages to occupy the little one.
I strongly advise you to avoid this dealership. Long story short, they sold me a vehicle with a blown engine, misrepresented it having a factory warranty, and their errors cost me thousands of dollars.
Purchased a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder SV here with 26k miles on a Saturday. When I arrived, the salesman Rich Hayes insisted I take my trade in to the shop, and he’d be happy to pull the Nissan around for me. I did as he suggested. We close on the deal, with Tanner Imoehl finishing the financing and assuring me that the car still had a factory powertrain warranty 50k miles, and I take the car home.
The first trip after arriving home from the dealership, the car fills my driveway with white smoke after startup. The dealership was now closed, so I wait to call until Monday morning. Jason Woods assures me that whatever the problem is, the best thing to do would be to get it to the nearest Nissan dealership to have it checked out. As it turns out, this was a lease vehicle that had a blown engine, and Nissan had rescinded (cancelled) the warranty. This smoke only happened upon cold starts, which I suspect is why Hayes insisted I wait in the office for the vehicle.
Woods’ remedy was to procure a replacement Pathfinder for me. The replacement was an S (one trim level down) with 29k miles that they charged me an additional $1000 for. The replacement booked for $2000 less. Woods tried to inform me that the difference in price was due to the original Pathfinder being a year older than the replacement (they were the same year) and that the market had changed since the original purchase (it was 2 weeks later).
The dealership refused to honor their claim about the factory warranty, return my original payment, or my trade in. I would have been without a vehicle if I had refused their proposed remedy. Soon after this went down, COVID hit, and courts were shut down. I have not yet pursued litigation.
UPDATE: I was able to connect with a Decorah Chrysler/Chevrolet representative today. He expressed that they wish they hadn't received this review, and that their staff was surprised to hear that I was unsatisfied with their treatment of me.
Great place to purchase vehicles. Zach our Sales guy is very knowledgeable on all the new technologies and he is able to translate and teach us how to fully use all the gadgets.
As for the Service Dept. I can't say a bad word. They find issues before it becomes a problems. And I appreciate that.
