Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Waukee

I would not recommend this dealership. They will not stand behind the sale. I have in writing the items that were supposed to be provided with the purchase. It has now been two months and at this point they will not even respond. They do not follow through with what is promised and you can not trust what you are being told at the time of the sale. They are just looking for numbers not customers.

I was there with my fiance and the service and atmosphere was fantastic! Very laid back and no pressure! Michael and Izzy were very nice to work with! Will be going back again!

Went there to check out a truck, when I asked why the check engine light was on he told me they didnt know. I then proceed to say well I refuse to pay more then 8500 for the truck which I had cash in hand being a dealership that should be no problem. The sales manager comes back with a paper pricing everything out for me still keeping the truck at 9100. Not even a day later as I'm looking online for other trucks I see they have had it listed online for 8600 for quite a while. Go take advantage of the elderly couple I watched you joke about behind their back

The used car salesman treated me like dirt. Protip if you want good customer service ask for the new car salesman. No idea how such a rude person ended up with a job that should be focused on customer service. All the employees acknowledged that the guy is a jerk to everyone yet the dealership does nothing about it. Crazy.

Bought a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado here. My salesman David, was super cool and easy to work with. Sales Manager Dale, was also easy to deal with. No nonsense fun to negotiate with. My experience was a fun one. They took vare of a few issues. Great experience. Only tolk about 1.5 hour in and out. Good people.

They don't care about the employees and customer's are just numbers. They push a lot of nice vehicles but also a lot of cheap as is vehicles, they will fire you without any kind of remorse and will interview for your job without you knowing it they will say they're going to hire help for you but really it's to replace you. They will say you matter and talk you up in front of you it really is a terrible place to work and to buy a car. The whole tower in the showroom is disrespectful and will talk to you like they are better than you and treat you like a child.

On Saturday I drove over 50 miles to look at a used car. After finding this car at Deery to have two flats and a dead battery. Which was not unusual being this was a lower priced used car. After talking to a salesperson he agreed to have the tires aired up and the battery charged. We set an appointment for tuesday morning to test drive this car. After taking the day off work and driving the 50 miles again I arrive to find the car had not been touched. I realize this car was not a big sale but was advertised on several web sites for sale and the salesman knew how far I would be traveling. Deery obviously did not care to sell this car but should not have made me the appointment for me to test drive.

Just bought a 2019 Ford Fusion. Very happy with the experience and I love the car so far.

Went to Dewy in Ankeny was there for 30 minutes with out any assistant. Was not impressed. Our next stop was Deery. Deery staff was attentive on our arrival. Help us choose what Jeep fit our needs. Gave us a great deal on a new Jeep. Ddrove home in the Jeep the same day.

We just got our Compass serviced here for an oil change and diagnostic. After leaving the dealership we started to hear a rattling noise coming from under the hood on the passenger side. After getting home and opening it up, we found the cold air intake cover wasn't even screwed in. I'm sure this was a simple mistake, but you don't expect that from this dealer. Tightened it up and no more rattling.

Do not get your vehicle serviced here. This dealership is very dis-functional. The staff does not care about the customer. I have worked with the president AJ Perez and the owner Brad Deery on issues I had with my pickup (under warranty) They do not respond to emails or inquiries. This dealership said they did a service to my pickup which was never done.
I would never buy a vehicle again from a Deery Brothers dealership. You should go to Southtown or Stew Hanson’s who cares about their customer and wants to make it right.

No shuttle till 8am? Most people start work at this time. Stew starts at 7: 15. Had to go to Stew because of this.

Service department seems very under staffed or they are just very slow! Went through the Express lube for an oil change had 2 cars in front of me they said it would be 40 minutes. 2 and a half hours later I was finally leaving!

Izzy was a pleasure to deal with. Five stars to him. And no info given on the $399 security fee that was added to the vehicle price. Says optional on the price quote but it's not. Any negotiations after they show you an initial price quote, they are not willing to work with.

Best car shopping experience in my life. Completely knowledgable salesman! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know. I would definitely go there again any time I need vehicle.

Had a great experience buying a vehicle at Deery Brothers Waukee. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, fair and open about pricing. I'm extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would return here in the future. I also recommend that others stop by as well.

Our salesman, Derek, stepped right up to help and was attentive and honest about the whole process. Steve Seybert also worked hard to get the right numbers to win my business. Both were great to deal with. Special thanks to both of them, plus Tay in Service, for getting the replacement keys ordered and programmed so quickly.

Our experience at Deery was great. Our salesman was extremely helpful and friendly. We really appreciated that he did not use high pressure sales tactics. He found us many options based on the type of vehicle we were looking to purchase. The whole process was very efficient and professional. We will definitely shop at Deery when we are in the market for another vehicle.

I just wanted to share my experience, and explain what I went through when I bought a used 2006 Cadillac CTS. Keep in mind I spent 4,300.00 dollars. In July I started looking for a car, and I found the car I was interested in online through Derry brothers. I talked with a couple different people from derry brothers. I asked multiple times over the phone if there were any problems with the vehicle and I was told that there were no problems with the car. So I set up a time to go in and check it out. Upon talking with a few different sales people I decided to buy the vehicle. At first everyone was very friendly telling me if I need anything or have any questions at any time just to call. Well later that same day I noticed that the check engine light came on. I called deery brothers the next day and told them about the light. Then they changed from being nice to being very rude. Long story short in the 3 months that I've owned the car I've had to put close to 1400 dollars into fixing it from the canister purge valve to a new starter to a system evap leak and new spark plugs. I would not recommend buying a car or any vehicle from Deery brothers. They are very scandalous and they are liars. They will sayanything to sell you a bogus vehicle and not care one bit.

My first visit ever was for an oil change and to check a slow leak.was told a nail in sidewall couldn’t be fixed but I wanted to wait to get new tires. Wasn’t told they took the piece out of the tire and had a completely flat tire within an hour of getting home.

Second visit after having to put the spare on myself wasn’t much better. Dropped off for 4 new tires, specifically asked to make sure to put spare back and replace the bad tire. Got a call several hours later asking where the 4th tire was.the tech didn’t even look. Several hours later went to pick up and had to wait 20 min just to get someone to help me and it was not busy at all. After paying and when I started to drive away a system light came on as the tire pressure wasn’t reset. 15-20 min later I was able to leave.

Overall just ok seems appropriate
