I really enjoyed working with Marc at Deery. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. Also, Jason was very helpful as well. The experience I had made the 1.5 hour drive well worth it. I would recommend them to anyone!

Got me in and out. Service rep lacked basic customer service skills. Not the right personality for a position that deals with the public on a regular basis.

Update: Here's how you lose a customer. When they call for service and ask how much it'll cost, you don't tell them what the labor will be and that the customer will need to talk to the parts department for the price of the spark plugs. That's how you lose a $500 service.

Great experience buying a Jeep from here. Awesome staff that works well with customers. Robert my salesman was very kind and not pushy at all. They even gave me more for my trade than i was expecting to get. Will definitely go back the next time i need another vehicle.

Love this dealership made a phone call pick the car out I wanted online did the credit app got approved my car salesman Jim Meadows didn’t give me no run around did exactly what I wanted and ask for when I got off work went to test drive the car left with it after that Jim is the man to go see.

By far the easiest car buying process and transaction to date! Worked via email initially and then after we found the vehicle we liked and settled on terms, we were in and out of their office in 45 minutes with our new vehicle! Josh did a great job at working to get me out of an upside down car loan with a super high interest rate into a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade at a much lower interest rate than I was previously paying.

I was very disappointed in the service dept. I went today to get a tire repaired and was told it couldn’t be repaired and I needed 4 new tires. I had bought two new tires from Derry back in April of 2017 they had 20,000 miles on them. I went to another tire shop and they fixed my tire. Business must be bad selling things people don’t need. It’s hard to find people you can trust.

I found a few vehicles online that interested me so I decided to visit Deery one rainy evening. Michael was a trooper and met me out in the parking lot and we proceeded to get soaked. Great service, I purchased a 2011 Dodge Avenger and although it had some problems, the dealership was willing to negotiate a fair price with us. I saw a used pickup on the Deery website & drove 45 minutes to the dealership in Ames. I had a very positive experience. Dylan Criswell was my salesman & worked very hard to get the best deal he could for me. By the time the deal was made, it was 6: 30, & the dealership closed at 6: 00 on a Friday night. Dylan & the sales manager stayed late to finalize the deal.
