Des Moines Comfort installed a mini split for our second story. Our unit had a little trouble within the first two weeks, and they came out quickly to correct the issue and we're great to work with!

Rory quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with our A/C. He had serviced our system long ago, and remembered the previous issue and repair - thus letting us keep this system running for several more years.

The service and people are great. Jackie is very helpful, patient and very knowledgeable, she is a rockstar! The technicians are great and efficient. My air wasn’t working at all and from the time I called until they were able to get me a new air conditioner and furnace installed it was 8 days.
Thank goodness because 92 degrees in the house was to much!
