Top tier BJJ in the DSM area. Beginners program is great for all levels. Thoughtful curriculum overall. For those that want to take it to the next level there’s a solid group of competitive guys to get some hard rolls with. Nice variety of capable instructors. Always clean facility l

I was visiting from out of state and wanted to get some training in. I stopped out and they were fantastic. The facility was well kept and the bjj was excellent. I had a lot of fun and competitive rolls with the guys. If I come back out to West Des Moines again, I would most definitely stop there again.
