Abbi and Aaron are amazing. They are extremely detailed and professional analyzing an individuals needs and correcting the problem. What makes them so unique and the best is that they coach you on movement and stretching techniques that can prevent/reduce the issue in the future.

These people work wonders! They are professional and get results. I highly recommend this business and these three individuals.

I've been going to Designed 2 Move for about 5 years now and I've never had better care for my back issues. Dr. Aaron is incredibly attentive to my situation and has been nothing short of a godsend in regards to improving my condition. If you have back pain, look no further. This is the place to be to help you find relief.

Aaron and Abbi are great. This practice model is unlike any other chiropractic experience. It is almost like physical therapy and chiro combined. They assess and adjust as necessary while also incorporating muscle and tissue exercises/treatments as necessary. They provide exercises for home to help with any pain or injury recovery as well as maintenance to keep pains at bay. Their goal is to get you feeling your best and ideally not have to see them as often as you recover. I have been going here for well over 5 years and have had all amazing experiences. The office staff are beyond amazing as well. Can’t say enough good things!

As a former Marine with several bumps and bruises, I sought relief for pain and discomfort - and didn't become a perpetual client - they worked on me for a time, got me to the point where I feel really much better 95% of the time and I have complete trust that if/when I need some help in the future they will take a holistic approach and not merely crack me here and there for some temporary relief.

Excellent care. I have gone to Designed 2 Move for treatment of back issues. The adjustments and excercises I was given to do at home worked as expected. The entire office is full of folks that are happy to help.

Brady listened to my symptoms and pain and helped to determine what was actually happening. He was cautious in his approach and I appreciated that! The combination of PT and exercises with chiropractic care was helpful in getting range of motion back for both me and my husband. When it was determined I had some other more extensive issues happening the referral was immediate and the follow up to make sure I understood everything was incredible. I was able to process and ask questions and felt cared for as a person. Highly recommend the staff at Designed 2 Move!

I can’t express enough how much Aaron and Abbi have helped me. Few years ago I had a pinched nerve in my neck that was causing me serious pain and loss of strength in my right arm. I recently had my lower back go out, and was unable to walk or do much of anything as a result of the injury. I scheduled an appointment to see Brady Dougherty at Designed 2 Move, and he was able to get me in the same day that I got injured. He was personable, professional and made me feel very cared for during the entire appointment. After a thorough assessment of my situation, he was able to provide me with comprehensive care (chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy exercises and dry needling, to name a few) and was able to get me walking again that same day! I can't recommend Brady and the Design 2 Move team enough! They're more than just a chiropractic office and really want to help you feel your best.

Aaron, Abbi, and Brady are very very caring and knowledgeable! I have gone in to see them on separate occasions for low back, knee, wrist, shoulder, and neck pain and they have never not been able to diagnose the issue, formulate a care plan, and resolve my pain! They understand what you need from them to get you back as soon as possible to your regular life, no matter what your regular activities are! It doesn't matter if you are an elite level athlete or just trying to stay pain free to play with your grandkids, D2M can and will do it all!

Brady is awesome! I visited another chiropractor 36 times in one year without much relief. I decided to switch it up and went to Designed to Move. After FOUR visits with Brady, I felt better than I had in years. He would spend about 20-30 minutes with me to not only do an adjustment, but also show me different exercise to reduce my pain. I refer everyone to him and they now love him, too!
