I have been getting my hair extensions done for over a year now. I’ve been to three different hair stylists. The third one was Ashlynn at design works. I just got my extensions fixed at a new salon and the hair stylist said that this was the WORST application that she’s ever seen in her entire life. They were put in wrong, not correctly at all. This girl should not be doing hair extensions on anyone at all without the right training. I tried to call a couple weeks after I got them done by Ashlynn at design works and they didn’t do anything about it. When I had paid her $1,400 for my extensions. This salon is very unprofessional and I would never recommend going there because they do not care about paying customers or clients. I give this a zero star review.

I have to give Britney, Designworks Salon and Spa new massage therapist, a shout out. She’s one of THE BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She has a multi-functional techniques that were customized for my specific needs. Thanks Britney!

Was good service until I broke my arm and they refused to accommodate me or give some slack due to the broken arm.

My color, cut and style looked great! Leigha did such an awesome job and is friendly!
I also love their products by Aveda, as it makes me feel good knowing a plant based product is what is being used on my scalp.

Got a haircut and I loved everything about it until I got home and realized my hair is all different lengths, and my hair is super choppy. I love DesignWorks and all the stylists but this is kind of upsetting. I’ll still probably come here, just kind of upsetting that I told my stylist I wanted it all one length, and now days later my hair is all different lengths.

Lori always does a beautiful job on my color. I always get compliments that it looks so natural. Lori and the rest if the staff are always so helpful and friendly too

Was very pleased with how I was treated. Wasn’t expecting to be offered something to drink when I walked in the door. Brianna explained everything she was going to be doing for the eye brow wax. Also made sure I was comfortable before moving on. Will definitely be back for all future services.

I've been going here for about 15 years. I have never been unsatisfied with Pam's work. She is top-notch, as is her work. I will be with til the day she retires! I would recommend her all day long.

I came here to get my hair and makeup done for my wedding along with my bridal party. Everyone was very nice here, but my entire bridal party and myself were unhappy with our hair and make up. I came in for a trial and there seemed to be a major disconnect between me and my stylist. Every time gave a note on how I wanted my hair to look, it wasn’t received. I had hoped that was just a hiccup, but on the day of my wedding I was just as disappointed in my hair and makeup. I said many times that I didn’t want my curls to look so messy. The stylist seemed incapable of fixing my hair, so I ended up giving up and recurled my hair myself. It looked better than when I left the salon, but after being messed with so much, it didn’t look great. Additionally, after both my trial and day of my wedding my false eyelashes started coming off immediately and there were very minimal outdated lipstick shades available. All 7 of my bridesmaids were also unhappy with their hair and makeup. Each one of them said their hair was not at all like the picture they provided. Literally, everyone who got false lashes had them coming off instantly and the weather was fine. I wanted to like this place because everyone was so nice, but I’m reminded every time I look at my wedding photos how bad my hair and makeup was.

Lauren was really nice and let me cut my hair inch by inch cause I was nervous about cutting it shorter. I’m obsessed with my haircut and will definitely be coming back to get my hair cut. Might have to go in and get a semi-permanent dye she was telling me about. The salon was adorable and everybody was really really nice!

Sierra is always so kind and supportive! She gave great advice when my hair thinned after recovering from surgery. I’ve never left an appointment with anything other than a smile and a lighter heart. Oh.plus a great haircut & color?

Ashlynn was great at listening to what I wanted done to my hair (color and foils, trim) and I absolutely love my hair! It's very pretty and I feel confident! We had some great conversations and I will definitely be back to see Ashlynn when it's time to refresh my color. I would recommend Ashlynn and Designworks to my friends and family. The eI have been going to Design Works for nearly 20 years. I am very happy with their work and the staff is outstanding. 5 star preformance in my book. The experts here make the wife look great.

I always enjoy my day at Salon and Pam does an awesome job on cutting and styling my hair the way I like. Everyone is so friendly too!

Very nice place. I was not impressed with my hair (updo) or my air brush make up job, but the people there couldn't be any nicer.
