Laura yanked my chain saw right out of my hand and slammed down on the counter. I said I don't need your service and grabbed my chain back. I went to southside repair instead.
Great family owned business, they will do what it takes to make sure you are taken care of and teach you how to care for your mower and they never let equipment that is brought in for repair leave until they know it’s running properly. Honest with you if it’s not worth repairing and gives you options. Customers approve any repairs.
Bought new leaf blower, it did not work. They wouldn't fix it. I took it to Southside repair
Bought a new chain. Never worked right, they wouldn't cover it under warranty. I had it less than 15 days.
Best place for all your lawn equipment needs in Southwest Iowa. Schedule spring tune ups in Feb/March and have your mower ready to roll for grass growing season. Get your snowblower tune ups in mid fall to be ready when the snow flys.
They told me 2days for my part to come in and it's been 4days still nothing.and they don't call you when the parts do come in. They act like they don't care if they get your business or not.
If you live in the red oak shanandoah up Stanton area it's just outside of red oak Highway 34 Arctic igloo Off Broadway as you go towards the Shenandoah right outside of town past the bread good place to get your lawn mower fixed does excellent work not too expensive and guaranteed his works but he is quite often fully booked up so you may not get your mower fixed for a couple of days unless you make in advance appointment but other than that I highly recommend him to get your lawn equipment fixed
