Dirty Dog American Bar & Grill Waverly

Party of 2 visited on 9/23/22 between 2: 00-2: 45pm. Service was slow; 1 bartender & 1 server. Only ones inside for half the time. Had the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wrap that was really dry.

We both had spaghetti & meat sauce which was really good. The only problem was that they put the garlic cheese bread in with the meal. It was so soggy had to throw into the garbage. What a waste the garlic cheese bread is the best.

A+ service dog experience.
As they should, all staff ignored the service dog in-training that was with us.

Great attentive service during the lunch rush. The burger was big and tasty, and the beer battered fries were delicious.

Awesome service and pretty great burgers, beer battered fries are awesome and great selection of seasonal local beers! Cherry Poppins and Mango Cart are two of my new favorites!

Great food, good prices, friendly staff. I give it a four because they had pretty distasteful and immoral music videos playing on the tv’s while we ate.

It's a good place to eat, and the atmosphere is great. The bathrooms are always clean too. And the wall paintings are awesome.

Will not be coming back terrible service table was dirty and sticky she didnt listen to my order I asked specifically if I had to get BBQ sauce on the brisket wrap she looked right at me and ignored me and gave me sauce on it regardless I took 1 bite didn't like it then asked to exchange it for something else she wouldn't take it off my bill and proceeds to tell me I have to pay for 2 if I want something different never in my life have I ever had to pay for something that I didn't like and or eat and I was willing to pay for something else entirely

If you're in to inconsistency and a terrible staffing issue- bring the whole family here! Never had the same wrap twice. And I've ordered the fiesta wrap 3x

We only had a drink. They amwere short staffed, but service was still good. The ladies working stayed very busy and made sure everybody was waited on.

Unusual amount of flies everywhere. Our food came to the table luke warm. Ordered a beef type sandwich, bread was soggy. I asked for it plain but came with mayo and lettuce. Server got multiple things on our order wrong. She clearly hates her job. Will never eat there again.

We had a fantastic waitress, Sarah. She was awesome and probly deserves a raise. We watched her tend every table perfectly. But our food took over an hour to come out. We had to bag it up and take it home. Also ended up with some food missing. Maybe just a bad night for the kitchen but it is what it is.

Been here several times. Food is absolutely delicious. Staff is always friendly, and working diligently to take care of customers. On my most recent visit: Sunday 8/15, they were very busy, and like most food establishments, understaffed. However, Betheny was quick, accurate and made sure that I was happy with my service, and my meal.

We have eaten here before a couple times and never had a complaint until today. This place lost my business. My husband and I took our daughter out to eat here and our 2 year old daughter was all over the place constantly moving and getting into anything on the table so I completely spaced leaving a tip. I realized we had forgotten the tip so we were heading back to the restaurant to pay the tip when I checked my phone just to realize our waitress this evening had stalked me on Facebook and left a not so friendly message which I've never talked or even met this person until she was our waitress tonight. Yes I realize waitresses don't get paid much which is why I was going back to pay the tip but after being treated and stalked like that I think not. Very rude and very unprofessional behavior.

Awesome food! First time eating here for my birthday dinner! Had an awesome waitress as well!

Very good food and service, been there 4 times, will be going back. Prices are customer friendly.
