Diva Nails and Spa Waterloo

This place is horrible! I would NEVER recommend this place to my worst enemy. Went in to get 2 kids mani-pedis and a dip for myself. 2 hrs later I was done while still waiting on my kids. What a horrible experience. So disappointed. My kids were looking forward to this before school started.

You all are amazing! Repeat customers with my daughter and myself. My daughter and i came in for matching holiday nails and walked out ecstatic! Thank you soo much!

Nails looked good at first, easily ruined though. I’ve never had nails that peeled, and they can’t do an ombré nail but can do some designs? I tipped good too because I thought they were still good but I can’t believe how bad the quality is… they didn’t fill all the way to my cuticles, it looks like I’ve already had them for weeks but it’s only been 1

Went in for a mani pedi and full set. I guess they were busy because we were never responded to. Businesses get busy but it shouldn’t compromise customer service. Never going back.

They can’t design a nail when they say they can. Be real, that will keep me there and I’ll get a simple design. Bad on you. Grab your hands rough. Get mad at you because you have to do something, but we can’t be mad when you leave our nails horrible. No tip. Not coming back again. For those reasons. Oh and I understood half the things you said. Another reason. I don’t need a response back. Thank you

Me, sister and my niece came in. We were immediately told to hurry up and pick a nail color. We were told to memorize the number and werent allowed to being the books. Then we waited for a long time for someone to come over. The lady couldn't find my color so instead of bringing me the book she just kept bringing over a bunch of different colors. They were very rude and made my sisters toenails bleed several times. And also burnt her eith the rock. Very disgusting. Used thr same tools for nails as they did for my toes. Then proceeded to use it on another customer without disinfecting. Then they separated the my 6 year old niece from us and put her by herself. Made us very uncomfortable. We will NOT be returning!

This place is amazing! They got me and my 3 daughters in last minute and even stayed late to make sure my nails were perfect! I'm so happy I tried this place. All 4 of our nails turned out perfect!

They doit fantastic job, ilove there services, great working people, wonderful service, best inthe cedarwalley

There workers are extremely rude and the nails are weak they also are over priced and the lady even cut my finger and you could see the previous color under my nails after my fill

Dirty Dirty Dirty. Nail tech was rough, multiple cuts and friction burns. Nothing was sanitized. I wouldn't recommend.

Diva Nails has wonderful customer service some the best workers. Love this nail shop will be coming back.

Hannah is the best at eye brown waxing, I went she did my brows and fill i was very satisfied. I can't wait until she comes back next spring. Lucy is also great I went in last weekend and she perfected my nail shape. Great Job Diva nails

I recently started work in Waterloo & am not familiar with the area. I decided to try out Diva Nails. Have to say, the pedicure was probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Along with the mani. I was very impressed with the quality of service, and not to mention they got me in quick too! I will for sure recommend them to others and definitely will be back!

I loved my experience today! Im OBSESSED with my nails! My friend and I did a mommy/daughter date day and we had such a good day! Definitely recommend

My friend and I had made appointments for mani/pedi at 8: 30, right when they opened. My friend had Hannah and got started right away. I had Cindy and it took about 10 minutes for her to finally get to the nail station to get started, and once she did, she got up several times for various things. I told her I wanted the squoval shape. She immediately filed the sides down towards a coffin shape. I had to ask her to round out the corners, she told me she wasn't done yet. For the design I had shown her something kind of similar to what I have, but Cindy slopped through it. My friend got a similar design and her nails turned out beautiful. I felt like Cindy just wanted the appointment over and didn't care about the outcome. I was knicked with the dremel several times.
Cindy didn't want to do my pedicure so I had someone else. This woman did the bare minimum for my actual nails. She cut a little around the cuticle area and barely ran a file over the ends. She didn't clean under the nails or on the sides. She also kept walking away for things, once she brought back hot stones, but I wish she hadn't even used them, she ran her fingernails along my skin more than the stone itself.
While I was getting my pedicure, I saw Cindy doing a pedicure for a woman a couple chairs down and she was VERY attentive to the other customer. I don't know if I had offended her when I first got there or what, but it kind of chapped that she was so wonderful to someone else while I got subpar service.
I won't be going back.
