We went one weekend to pick out tile for our new house (3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, mud room) and returned the next weekend to order and pay for it. When we returned we were told the tile we previously held in our hands in this very store not only does not exist but is actually impossible to manufacture. She refused to look for it. Then halfway through ordering the rest of our tile the lady leaves us to help someone else. We left and got our tile at Menards and online. The tile she said doesn't exist looks fabulous in our shower.

Great place to purchase tile, carpet, and other flooring. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also keep files which are helpful.
