I had an MRI done and was trying to get the results. In the past the customer reps had been very helpful. This time, and 1 time before, however, it was apparent my emails weren't read through. I had stated what my new phone number was. I also mentioned that sometimes if it rings as disconnected, take away the area code then try it. After 2 weeks of no reply, I contacted my family doctor. The office called back and gave me the results. The kind rep from my doctor's office told me that DMOS said the phone was disconnected. As we knew it wasn't, I mentioned at the inability of the DMOS reps that supposedly read my emails was obvious. A few calls back and forth, DMOS kept trying to blame me, while my doctor's rep said that was incorrect, as she just spoke with me. Then they claimed I had read a message in the portal. No, I went to the portal, but I didn't have an account. The DMOS rep hung up on the doctor's rep. Such poor customer service skills. All DMOS had to do was read my emails and follow the very simple request.
The doctor's are wonderful; it's the reps that need work. If the emails were read correctly, my phone would have rang. Be careful, the reps seem to have gotten more rude and that makes them look bad. Keep in touch with your doctor's, because "customer service"doesnt know how.
UPDATE DMOS did contact me. So far so good!

These people want perfect physical specimines in order to perform surgery on you. So unless you are in perfect shape, find another practice.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff and doctors at DMOS. I’ve seen Dr Vittetoe for one knee replacement and am having the other one done in May and I’ve seen Dr Cook for wrist/forearm surgery. From the front desk, schedulers, nurses, doctors they’re all professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I recommend them to friends and colleagues all the time. They’re the best!

My experience with DMOS over the past many months and two hip replacements has been absolutely positive.

The nurses were caring and compassionate and Tassie even x-rayed me which had never been done in 40 years of dealing with this! Wow.

Dr. David Vittetoe has helped many of my friends, as well as me, have better mobility. He is an extremely good person, as well as, a Great Doctor.

The entire staff was friendly and took great care of me from start to finish. The Drs and nurses were awesome and kept me and my family informed through my surgery.

I always get the best of care. Dr. Vittetoe is an excellent surgeon so personable and has great staff. His PA Nickki Tweedt is also the best as are his nurses. I am very grateful for the care I receive.

Dr. Linn is an exceptional surgeon, His incisions are flawless and the repair is near perfection.

Dr. Honkamp and Dr. Cook and their teams worked hard to accommodate doing two separate surgeries at the same time. They were great. Minimal pain in either, and hardly any scarring. Great experience.

I recently had knee replacement surgery. Dr. Vittetoe from DMOS performed the surgery. I am 82, active but suffered from this bad knee. I can’t be more thrilled to have the pain gone, my ability to walk without worry of my knee locking up…. And best of all I am sleeping well at night without fighting pain! Very thankful!

Dr. Lin is a sincere caring surgeon and person. I would highly recommend him. He gave me a total knee replacement and I know I want him to do my other knee in the future. Thank you to all that took professional kind care to me.

I'm impressed with DMOS on Penn Ave. It's close to me and easy to get to. Offices are easy to find also.
