I severed a tendon in my finger. Dr. Gaffey and hand therapist Traci Newman put me back together and got my finger back to full functionality. They were professional, kind, and proficient. Hand therapy hurt a lot, but the pain got my finger back to brand new. I stuck with the home exercises, made my appointments, and everything worked out. I would recommend both of them.

My family has seen both Charlie and Brian in the urgent injury clinic and they and their staff do a great job. Very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend.

Had a full hip replacement in an outpatient setting. It has been amazing! The procedure was an anterior hip replacement, checked in at 7am and walked out at noon. Snowboarded in Colorado 9 weeks later. Doctor Chris Nelson performed and the entire DMOS team handled everything very professionally and the results really has been truly amazing. Thanks DMOS!

Professional care, We were a walk-in- no appointment. Short wait time, I didn't get the paper work done and the nurse called us back to a suite. Everyone was very professional. My daughter needed a cast and we were in and out in 45 minutes.

New patient: Web said there was a 45 minute wait. I got there and I was 2nd in line. I was registered quickly and sat for less than five minutes before I was called back. They did x-rays right away and I waited just a few minutes for the doctor. He did a range of motion test and suggested a few things for treatment. I chose a shot in my knee. He was very nice and let me know what he was doing before doing it. The gal that did the x-rays did that as well. The shot hasn't worked completely yet, as I naively hoped it would, but I read it could be a couple days for it to work completely. Very quick but thorough process. Definitely recommend.

The walk-in clinic is fantastic, I limped in and was checked in, X-rayed, examined and advised by a Physician Assistant, all in an hour!

Did not get past the front desk. Had not received insurance cards, and they would not accept the group or ID number. No problem, The Iowa Clinic next door was able to care for my child's foot fracture

It's nice to have a place to go for injuries and be quickly evaluated. I've never experienced a long wait. The staff is awesome and will take time to talk about your injury.

Prompt service, thorough, identified fracture that regular urgent care did not. Will take my children here for any urgent sports injuries

Extremely rude at check in. I wont go back! Urgent Care at Unity Pointe is just down the road and offers exceptional service and care. DMOS staff could learn from them.

Wait time was short and care was fine. Left without any follow-up instructions and told I would receive a phone call for scheduling follow up MRI and appt with surgeon. It’s been 48 hours and I can’t find anyone within the organization interested in assisting me with scheduling follow up. Messaging from everyone is it takes time with insurance even though I know this is an excuse and not my insurance company’s fault. Apparently pain and lack of mobility is of no concern to this medical practice.

In June of 2018I had a total knee replacement with Dr. Patrick Sullivan. I am still exercising, but he did a great job! I've had experiences with other doctors at DMOS and they are all 5 star! I would highly recomend DMOS!
