Dollar General, Sioux City IA

The service there is great but when I went there today the order lady working by herself while there were 5 people in line she got to everyone and did it by herself and younger boy who was working did not help her at all and I felt so sad for her.

Didn't have what I needed although they used to carry. Store employee told me many people ask for the item but corporate doesn't stock it

We found what we were looking for but my friend wanted Chocolate covered marshmallow eggs and the lady told her she didn't get them out yet and that there was a guy there yesterday that wanted them too. But didn't offer to go get any for her. To me if you want to keep your customers happy and coming back I would have said give me a minute and I'll go get some for you! That's how I was trained to work in a store! My friend will not shop there again because of that.

I don't really care to much for the new Dollar General store. They rarely have the items in stock that I am shopping for. They also do not seem to have enough staff so you end up waiting in line forever. The store is nice looking and they have a nice parking lot.

The workers are nice and helpful even though this pandemic is making it hard to keep shelves stocked they try their best to get you what you need.

Like most Dollar General, it has a large selection for a dollar store. Staff are friendly and there's never a line

As far as the employees they are very friendly, however, the store smells dirty, the floors are nasty looking, and as you walk in, the shopping carts are right there where, it is disgusting. A store should not be that dirty. Seems like there is not enough employees, or the staff is more worried about getting the merchandise out than anything.
