I wouldn't even give it a star! Horrible place to go thru when you are in a wheelchair! Sheves empty and racks everywhere plus the floor was disgusting dirty! I get it its probably busy but someone should be putting stuff on shelves for customers to buy! I haven't been in there for years looks like I didn't miss anything! Wont be back cant get thru isles or nothing on shelves!

Cashier was rude and unwilling to fix prices according to how shelf was marked. The last time I was in the store, this cashier was drunk

Girl working on Thanksgiving at 4was rude to multiple customers when getting cash back she said it was my fault her drawer would be messed up if your not going to have nice customer service don't work in retail ridiculous and will be reaching out to corporate with her name and picture

Good service besides people cutting in front of you when they can clearly see lines on floor and lazy to go to the back of line. Need a few more people to help check put.

Signage was incorrect on many items I purchased. This is the second time I bought eyebrow pencil which said $1.50, I got 3.2 of them were $2 and 3rd one I was charged $2.50. I mention it last time when I appeared to have been overcharged, but obviously they didn't correct signage or update codes for register. I think there were 6 plus items that I had been over charged. I will no longer shop at that location. Didn't have time to check receipt before leaving the store, but knew my bill should not be over $30. DG needs to get their stuff together!

Spent too much money on some great clothes. Lovely material & pants so soft & wear them all day. Very comfortable. Love Dollar General, prices are cheap for good products.

I rate this DG 3 stars compared to other DGs in town. It's clean and decently stocked, but the staff is not helpful or even particularly friendly (not rude though) and the effort to make the store nice and organized seems pretty bare minimum. Just "okay. " It's the closest to my house, so I'll keep shopping there when I need a specific item quickly, but I'll also still prefer to travel slightly further across town to shop at other DGs that I like better if time isn't a factor.

Horrible cUstomer service.very rude staff not willing to read their store policies. Wanting to ring up different item to.charge you a higher price for an item. I catched the cashier doing this. I had to stop and leave the store right away.hopefully a manager is able to their their staff better.

Nice spacious store but need more employees that respect the customer and need to improve on customer service

The staff not real friendly when I come to this location customer service is very important. Management need to work with staff on customer service.

Woo hoo.the only spot I was able to find all the crafty stuff I needed when I decided to start a new project I've never done before.

Merle hay store is great ut the other store could use some corporate experience especially with customer service.

The place clean and welcome. I was able to find in what needs when arrive as well other things I need. Do hope you to come back to see what I can find when come back.

I like that they greet you and walking in the door and they're helpful if you have questions but they seem to be overwhelmed all the time I wish they could get them help at 8 store for always being overworked and I'm sure underpaid
