Dollar Tree, Marshalltown IA

I like the store. The cashier great but his manager should be fired. Very rude to cashier when he needed help with register. She actually told him to shut up so she could think!

One of the staff is always very rude. The cashier has thrown my change at me which I then had to pick up off of the floor because they wanted to hurry up and get people through the line so the cashier could use the restroom. I have seen the cashier argue with customers at the register. Alot of the people that I have talked to who shop there have also said that that cashier is very rude and they don't like to go through that cashier's line if they don't have to.

Would be 5 stars but there is always boxes in the aisles. Hard to get around with my cane and forget a wheelchair. Dropped the ball with this one.

The store was crowded and not as organized as it could be. However, staff was helpful and friendly. Nice variety in the store with good seasonal selection.

Most of the employees are really nice and everything is a dollar, so that's pretty great on its on.

Lots of items and variety. Sometimes can be cluttered, but the clerks really try to keep things neat. Cards are wonderful and always have good holiday items. Like the store!

Everytime I have been there had to wait in a long line for 10 or more minutes.takes a while for help to come to open another register

Very friendly staff every time I go here. Everything and I mean everything is $1 or less. Kinda in the name I suppose haha. The aisles are kept stocked and clean. The parking lot is handicap accessible and the entryway is handicap accessible as well. There is a bathroom for customers. Love it:)

Nice place with a variety of things. They have party bags, toys, supplies, books, games, cleaning supplies, candy, canned foods, etc.

Disgusting, dirty, and needs to hire more people! 15 people in line and one check out, and one blowing balloons could be more organized and stocked more mostly staff are druggies but that’s Marshalltown

Shopping is always fun! 4 stars due to half the lights were out. The associate said it was due to the fact they were closed at that time last year. Made shopping a tiny bit less fun

Good place to get some of the same things you find at the regular store, just in a smaller package.

They only had one checker and she had to do everything. There was a customer that wanted balloons an everyone had to wait for the checkout person to do the balloons. By the time she got done there was a huge line. She was flustered by that time and was making numerous mistakes. This is not the first time this has happened it has happened a number of times when I have been in the store. That is why I don't go there much anymore.

I have had a good time at Dollar Tree. I get great service and find what I'm looking for! Usually I find more than I went in for. The people are pleasant and helpful!
