Domino's Pizza, Bettendorf IA

Terrible experience two times in a row. Our wings had a drizzle of sauce, our pizzas weren't event cut and the food was 35 min late. The customer service is terrible.

This review is for customer service of Domino’s, not this particular store. My son orders pizza from this store all the time, usually 5 star service. Today we were 2 drinks short. I am sure the store would have taken care of the in a great way. Unfortunately due to the shortage everyone is having they are not taking orders on line which means no one is answering their phone. We have called customer service, but the wait time is horrible. They need to come up with a better way to handle this. It’s causing them to lose important customer service.

Been waiting for my food with no answer from store and tracker not working! Already paid with tip and no food! If your hungry call someone else!

Let me start this off with if I was able to give 0 stars I would. So I go the web site to order online. I get a notification that the store will close in 1hr.and 45 min. Then I go to proceed with my order and get a notice that there are complications with my order. So I tried to redo my order 3 times. Then i tried to call the store. When I call the store no-one will answer the phone. So what I have figured out is you cant order online or by phone. So they obviously do-not what anyones business. I will not try again. There is no need to try. There are so many pizza places in this area that want your business. Do not wast your time or money with this one.

Pizza had little to no flavor, idk how you make pineapple and banana peppers flavorless. But you did it. Half the pizza had little to no sauce.
No dipping sauce came with the Parmesan bytes.
The only bright side was fast delivery, and a courteous delivery driver. Woefully dissatisfied, disappointed,

This establishment had great help and has excellent deals. Loved their wings, pizza, and breadsticks. Very clean and staff was professional.

I was given the wrong order. The delivery instructions were not followed. There was a huge blob of an unknown substance in the middle of my food and it was cold. Will not be ordering again.

Placed an order for 7 pizzas to crow creek park for a birthday party. When it arrived 5 of the 7 pizzas were not cut. When I called they told me they have no manager on duty and can’t help me. I’ve requested a refund now for over two weeks. No one will help me and they hang up on me. I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB. It’s terrible to loose a customer over $57.12. Especially one who orders a lot like I do. The owner and customer service is absolutely horrible here. What’s worse. Getting ahold of their head quarters. Oh I won’t stop now I will but they all seem to play a game. They don’t truly care about their customers just your money.

My experience with this place was very mediocre. I placed an order through their website for pickup. When I arrived the clerk took my credit card and I could see him copying all the data from the front and back. I didn’t get any receipt so I was left with a bad feeling that my credit card data will be used for fraud shortly.
One pizza was missing the garlic crust, another pizza wasn’t cut as instructed. The tase was average. The chicken hat unidentifiable non-chicken hidden in there.
Based on this I won’t recommend going there even though the pricing is fair.

Woulda been nice if the order taker woulda took my order like I told it. Wanted Banana peppers, on the side, but he thought he'd not to listen, so instead he put them ON MY PIZZA, after I told him Not ON THE PIZZA PLZ, & he ignored the order, like it was him buying, so I'll probly stick to PAPA JOHNS, they like to make what I order

Arrived to pick up my order, was asked to park up front, and my order would be handed to me. After waiting 20 minutes, I came in to inquiry and was told they forgot about my order.

Never ask for extra sauce this is how you will get your pizza. I use to order all the time & I always tip and this is how they treat us: (

The chicken habanero sandwich is ordinarily excellent, however, tonight it seemed dry and flavorless. After checking the ingredients, I realized they left off the sweet mango habanero sauce. How do you express your disappointment after sandwich has been picked up, brought home and eaten without knowing exactly what was wrong?

I was treated very bad at this store where I racially discriminated and my pizza was thrown at me and refused to give me the items I purchased until I had to call the police! I have contacted the store and left multiple messages and email for the owner SCOTT OCEL! Who has yet to return any of my calls or messages let alone to apologize for his staff! Because of this racial staff I have not ordered from here since because I am afraid that the staffs will remember my name from the day I ordered and do something to food that me and my kids eat. Now instead of going to the dominoes around the corner from my house I have to drive all the way to the brady location to recieve my food this is very rude and not a great look on the dominoes corporation’s! I have video of the employees playing wimme and laughing at me as if I was their friends and refusing to treat me equally as they would have a white person and that is very uncomfortable and unacceptable

We usually love dominos. Today ordered pizza from here for an hour later pick up. We got 2 large, 1 pep 1 sausage, 1 medium cheese and 32 bread bites. Got there after pick up time and waited 15 minutes. I was running late so I grabbed and ran out. Go home to find they gave us 3 cheese pizzas and 16 bread bites, after paying for the extra toppings and bread.

Called to confirm app order and ask for small change. Order by my name was confirmed.asked for extra sauce over the phone apparently would cost me 75c. Also NEVER got my order! ¡!

Pizza great. My son was right about them being good these days. Now technically they owe me a pizza because I wasn't aware of the 2 minute wait rule but they were.
