Domino's Pizza, Mason City IA

Order 3 medium pizzas tonight for dinner and they were really awesome pizzas tonight made dinner night great thank you to the staff tonight.

Everything tastes better with thin crust and extra fruits n veggies! Honolulu Hawaiian with banana peppers, tomatoes, extra bacon & extra pineapple is so delicious on a hot summer day!

Called and was left on hold then got hung up on. Not once but multiple times. Then asked if they did military discount and got a rude man saying “hell no”. All the employees are rude and seems like they are understaffed or don’t care to answer the phone.

I understand it gets busy but pushing 2 hours on a couple pizzas is a little much, food is good almost every time but

Pizza hardly any cheese even when extra was ordered. Pizza was very dry and cold. I guess dominoes cheese is not stringy and hot. Like eating cold mozzarella out of bag from fridge. Art of pizza making not In effect at Mason City IA dominoes

Owner should really re think his choice of employees. Showed up right on time for my pick up, got told it would be 20 more minutes and then two by someone who was pretending to be a manager. Then got part of my order, I had to ask for my drink and my sauces. Which they had to check my receipt for.
Only to find out that my sandwich was definitely tampered with. I returned in store to speak with the actual manager Abigayle who was lovely and handled her position well even as her co workers struggled to treat me with respect. I will not be returning to this location and I urge you all to do the same.

They do not follow order instructions. If you exclude an ingredient you are allergic to (like cheese) it will be included regardless. Also no gloves used or hands washed immediately before pulling ingredients from bins even after handling cash from customers.

Good pizza at the right price. The delivery is on time. The pizza is ready and hot. There might be some improvement on the cooking, the pizza isn't properly cooked in the middle of the pizza. This is the majority of pizza we have ordered

It's now been over an hour since I placed my order. I have yet to receive my food. I guess the delivery driver couldn't find my apartment, or get a hold of me on my phone. So the person decided to drive my order back to the store altogether. I'm so hungry, it's not even funny.

Waited a half hour later then when told pizza would be done, during which time I felt like I was at a concert, they had the music so load that I couldn’t hear what the kids behind the counter where saying.

I ordered a two topping pizza with my rewards points to be delivered to my job at 7: 30pm, I get a message saying Caleb is on his way to me for my pizza, 7: 45pm no pizza and no Caleb. So I call dominoes and ask where is my pizza and she said we will have to you as soon as possible. I set this up around 2pm. Hope they enjoyed my pizza and enjoyed screwing me over. Didn't have my change said he only has a 20 then gave me 15 then my order wasn't even right my chicken was all burnt and they put bacon and jalapenos on my stuffed cheesy bread I'll never order there again joke then when I called and tried to speak to a manager they put me on hold for 20 mins before I hung up

We ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza last night and it was spot on! We've ordered it before on the weekend and sometimes it looks hurried, if that makes sense.but always tastes amazing! Kudos to the kitchen, you knocked it out of the park! ️

I picked car side pick up. After my order was ready, I tapped on "I'm here" button in the app. I waited over 10 minutes. I finally went inside to pick up my order. The young person that helped me didn't apologize for this. I even tried to be helpful and told them there was another car outside waiting for the same pickup. All he said was "thanks for letting me know. " He then went on and did other things that was not related to the pick up order.

Domino's was BAD. Ordered by phone, told it would take 45 min. To 1 hour. Arrived to pick up, told it would be 20 min. After 20 min. Told it hadn't been made yet. Got $$ back and left. Need workers, so under staffed.

Ok, so I work at the hospital on the weekend and whom ever works or makes the Hand tossed, garlic buttered crust, feta cheese, onion and spinach pizza, LET ME TELL YOU, my fat girl is deeply in love with you. You make that pizza with so much love. I mean you can tell when a pie is just put together in a hurry but when you take your time, its a WHOLE NEW BALL GAME. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME to indulge in something new. You guys give me a reason to spread the word. #GODOMINOS

Amazing organization! Donated 6 pizzas for the Northern Lights Men and woman's homeless shelter in Mason City. Feeding 15-20 people on Friday night that would be without food.

After 3 bad experiences of having orders forgotten or given away to another customer, my order was ready as promised. Thank you! Well done!

It’s kind of sad that the local store won’t honor national coupons.
