Domino's Pizza, Coralville IA

We always forget how much we love the pizza here! First of all the smell in this store is freaking amazing it's difficult to not drool all over the floor when you walk in. The staff is welcoming and they are super quick. This was my mother-in-law's favorite pizza place, this location in particular. They also have pretty awesome deals. You get a decent amount of food for the price. We don't mind the drive just kinda wish you had a location closer to Williamsburg. We definitely will be coming back very soon!

This is no ordinary pizza joint. It's delicious at this location. This location is well-managed. The employees are polite. You can see them making the pizza during the whole process. It's always nice and clean too!

Service=Excellent.
Pizza= mediocre and salty. I had garlic sauce instead of tomato sauce. And I think it was a mistake. I wouldn't do it or recommend it unless you like salty food.
Price=reasonable or affordable.

My husband says this place never misses. The pizza hut down the road is terrible, domino's gets everything right, it tastes good, and it's on time. What more can you ask for?

Extremely disappointed with our first visit. 5 Medium pizzas & 2 Brownies. Pizzas were just warm at pickup & cold only after a 10 minute ride home.

Pizzas barely had any toppings, flat & tasteless. Pizza in photo was supposed to be Beef, Mushroom & Onion. Where!? Looks like they made a half n half or completely forgot one side!

Definitely not the Domino's Pizza I remember from the 80s & 90s.
Staff was nice & store was clean.
Definitely will NOT return or recommend this particular store.

Pizza was good as normal. Just feels like the pasta portions getting smaller or the employees on duty care less an less these days of customer satisfaction. Don't think I should see the bottom of the tin pan before I even take a bite of the pasta. I'll give it one more try and then if I get the same light portion again, that'll be three strikes and I'll just stop ordering an delete my account.

The best chain-pizza company pizza around. Tastes better than any of their chain competition. I have a locked building, so the driver called, and as I got out the door he got out of his car and met me half way.

After website didn’t work twice, I waited on hold for 10 minutes while I downloaded the app. It didn’t work either.

I put in the wrong pickup time, and I had a pretty big order. The employees were so nice, they were able to accommodate as soon as I realized my mistake. Excellent customer service!

25 Nov 22 Update: Gave the feedback below on the main dominos website and the manager called me to hear my feedback. Very nice person - gave a coupon - and apologized. Ordered a pizza a few days later and it was great - came with everything we ordered. So - updating this review to reflect this.

Older review: I placed an order today - 1 large pizza with garlic sauce and 1 cinnamon twists. The order came missing the garlic sauce and icing sauce. When handed the order by the driver I checked quickly and saw the order was missing both garlic sauce and icing. I told the driver and he said he would come back with the sauces. Hour and a half later - no sauces. I then call the dominos store and tell the employee on the phone who then just says ‘ok’ and hangs up on me. Really appreciate the terrible customer experience!

I had a promo code for a free pizza. I couldn't find a way to input the code during the ordering process. I was told to reorder online and input the code. The manager, rather than showing me where to input the code, stashed my pizza and ignored me as I requested his help until I flashed cash. Not worth another visit.
