Domino's Pizza, Des Moines IA

I originally ordered a pepperoni and sausage medium thin crust which came hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings! And a Philly cheesesteak sandwich that had hardly any meat on it. I called and the gal was so nice I wish I got her name, she sent out a new sandwich and a free lava cake! Thank you for being understanding and fixing the issue so quickly.

Awsome place they delivered to the place I was loading the driver was awsome and friendly I will be ordering more often

Very disappointed wrong crust on one wrong toppings on the other usually very good and the woman answering the phone was bizarre had to get someone else on the phone

I have always used dominoes but I have found a new favorite pizza and i can’t find it anywhere since COVID hit I would like to challenge all the pizza companies to make a Mac and cheese pizza!

The people answering the phone are clueless it took 10 minutes to place an order
Then after I got home I realized I had ordered and paid for 2 large and got 2 medium

We've used this dominos for almost two years. Only one time was my order incorrect AND THEY SENT THE DRIVER BACK! AMAZING! LOVE THIS PLACE FOR QUICK LUNCH FOR MY DAY CARE AND MIX AND MATCH FOR DINNER FOR OUR CREW

I will give you an advice never throw your money in the trash. I order here and it’s a waste of money. Don’t waste you money for them.

They can't even get a simple order correct I actually returned the food they offered for free. Do not order from them

Pre ordered my food online walked through the door as the tracker updated & said food was ready then when I got to the counter they said it's gonna be another 10 minutes cause they messed up my special order. I was not offered anything for the inconvenience of them screwing up my order bad customer service.

Just had an pizza delivered to me not even 10 minutes ago, and when i called to the store. I called to tell them about an missing item from my order, Whoever answered, told me that " well mam were trying to get our orders out as quick as possible" then hung up the phone. I DO NOT recommend this store!

Domino's provides a good quality pizza for a great price. The delivery service is great. When I do br want to cook this is a great option.

Me, my sister, and my teenage niece share home together in this location is only a few blocks from our house. I should be embarrassed that we order probably twice a week but our food is always perfect it’s obviously always very hot and fresh and fast and we appreciate the service of the team members at this location

Normally never have any issues. Our order tonight was missing what all was supposed to be on it, and the crew there was wonderful. No hesitation very apologetic. And we received a new item within minutes! Wouldnt go to any other dominos! This place And its staff are always amazing And never leave us unhappy. Keep up the great work.

It took them over an hour and a half for them to deliver my pizza bread sticks and a two liter of soda. And by the time I got my pizza it was rubbery, plus cold, and the guy who delivered my pizza was not professional at all.

Friendly fast service, drivers are professional, good for a lazy Sunday afternoon. Great for a family on a budget.

2.5 hours wait for a delivery that I called three times for, food arrived cold and with the wrong drink. I should have called more. Driver said they're short drivers and that is why they were so delayed. Domino's has a nice tracker that gave me a different story. Small one topping pizza took 40 minutes to start cooking - that's just to start. Another 40 to do a "quality check". Extremely disappointed and will think twice before ordering from here again.

Absolutely no customer service! Some employees looked as if they haven’t showered in days and one employee cleaned up pop off the floor and went right back to making a pizza without washing his hands. I’ve honestly lost my appetite after sitting here for 10 minutes waiting for my food. Never going here again!

One of my favorite places to get pizzas, sandwiches, desserts, appetizers, and Drinks, and some pasta. The bottom it's really loud but it really smells good you can smell the order of their food outside the building they have nice employees and understanding managers

I caught these guys on a very busy night and they handled buisness like champs! Definitely want to thank Ron, my delivery driver for being so courteous and professional you were awesome! This place is now officially my go to pizza place! Thanks again dominos staff!
