3My number 1 place to go to buy anything firearms related here in Independence! Adam - the owner, is a great guy and provides a great business! At the moment though, his shop is looking a bit empty due to the current political situation.
Today January 12th 2021 at 1320 hours I went to the armory to inquire about the 45-70 and Iowa’s deer season. The owner informed me it was on the chopping block of the DNR. While he was talking he made the well known arm movement for masterbation he thought I was looking away. There was another man at the counter whom he had been conversing with prior to my entry who was witness to this event. I have previously made numerous small purchases at the store. I don’t know if he was trying to impress his friend or maybe he dislikes disabled veterans. Either way I’ll never purchase a thing there again. He should consider himself lucky I am in fact disabled.
Excellent service and prices. I highly recommend Double A Armory to anyone looking for a firearm.
