It was very easy to schedule an appointment with Douglas Dental, I walked into the waiting room on time and was immediately taken back to the chair, the staff addressed my dental needs in a professional and efficient manner, and all of their staff is very friendly - Dr. Rastetter sets a great example. Grateful that I get to see this crew at least semi-annually.

I just completed a year long dental process and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Rastetter and his entire team. From the kindness of the front team when you walk in the door to the compassionate, informed care by Dr. Rastetter and his assistants, the service is second to none! Thank you for giving me something to smile about!

I called at 8: 00am. Yes I was in a panic. Fought long.and hard to get a surgery scheduled to stop my level 10 pain. An infection would have knocked me off the schedule. By 10: 00am (same day)
I was being worked on and the dental problem fixed, and no infection. Douglas Dental is there to help people and the entire team are the best. They care and that is why I call them.

I broke a tooth over the weekend. On Monday, I called 5 other offices before contacting this office. They were the only office willing to work with me to find a time to fix my tooth. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I believe I have found myself a new dentist.

I've been going to Douglas Dental since 2008 and have never had a negative experience. Dr. Rastetter is the best dental provider I've ever had. He and his staff are friendly, caring and always professional. I believe the folks who work there enjoy it, because almost all of those I met in 2008 are still there!
