I went to Dr Snead over ten years ago. He made sure my body was healthy enough for his diet. He gave me a prescription for phentermine - 37.5 MG daily - and told me to consume 400 calories per day. The pills kept me from feeling starved to death. I lost 40 lbs total to get me started. From there, I slowly lost more weight on my own. The initial 40 lb loss, which happened very quickly, gave me the momentum to keep going after leaving Dr Snead's care. I never gained any weight back, and I have lost a total of 70 lbs.
