Duke Williams Stadium

One of the bigger high school stadiums I've seen in Iowa. Very comfortable. We had no trouble finding a seat. The concession stand only took cash, which was a downer. Join the 21st century folks.

They need to have golf carts to help handicap people before and after games.

Very nice dual purpose stadium (high school/college). The field turf is extra nice for that level of stadium.

Eastsiders raised $$ in the 50s to build Williams stadium. Named after Duke Williams principal at the time and not even sports oriented. Could have thought of someone else or the first to sell naming rights for $$

East High football field/ track that also host many other venues and games. The facility is always well maintained and inviting. There is a DSM EHS “Hall of Fame” exhibit located just inside the main entrance and offers large sturdy bleachers. They have a small concession stand and ample parking. GO SCARLETS!

A very nice place to watch either softball or baseball!
