Dunkin', Fort Dodge IA

This place is incredibly awful and very rude, just went there and the customer service is very bad and poor management. They got my order wrong twice and when asked to fix it a third time I finally decided to just return it and forget about it, the workers then proceeded to have an attitude and rudely use profanity.

Tried to order a large caramel iced coffee with almond milk and bacon omelet bites. Out of caramel syrup and the bites and it's only Monday. Step your game up dunkin you're failing hard.

Went there Sunday at 620 and they didn't even have ovens ready to go. They open to public at 5am. It was annoying to expect to have a hot sandwich in the morning and hour and 20 mins past public open time.

One of the managers there is EXCELLENT! Awesome to talk to and added extra caramel to my CocoaMocha! Got my drink pretty quickly too!

They have good donuts but never have any never have a problem other then they ain't make enough

The restaurant was clean and spacious. Lots of donut varieties, fresh and delicious. I noticed they had quite a few sandwich and drink options. The pumpkin iced coffee and strawberry refresher tasted amazing. Staff was adequate.

I found a bug in my refresher. I'm mean REALLY? ! Is it that hard to keep the place clean. Plus the workers are kinda snarky and I think I had it with this place. Every time I get coffee there's always a mound of sugar on the bottom and thats your first sip. You literally chew on the sugar. Jeez

Terrible management. Drink quantity has gone down hill over the last year due to poor management. Store is consistently out of ingredients and thus a partial menu is only available. Store is also closed for business on random days. Steer clear of this location.

Drive-thru is slow.any time of day! If you order the avocado "toast, " it isn't! It's just a piece of UNTOASTED bread with a tablespoon of mashed, seasoned avocado on top. It's soggy. The egg bites are OK, but they're easy to make at home. (It's ALL easy to make at home!) Those 2 breakfast selections came to $9.39. I think that's ridiculous and I won't be returning to Dunkin'. It's definitely NOT worth the "convenience. "

Busy location! Davon, the manager was on point! Very polite and helpful! I appreciate food service workers and all you do! Stop in and say hi and grab delicious coffee and donuts!

Worst $16 purchase ever! LOL. Cream filled donuts barely filled. Blueberry donuts overcooked and glaze put on while donuts were too hot and kind of melted away.

The slowest place ever! Wait in line for 15min atleast everytime! Need faster workers, or figure out a different system that works. Was in line today and watched two cars drive off from line and then myself

I am pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. I love dunkin’ donuts so much. Yet, fort dodge really has an okay dunkin. It’s a hit or miss with drinks. Sometimes they don’t add everything you need in your bag, so double check. The bagel minis are sooo good but sometimes they look not cooked all the way. Their sandwiches are really good and so are their drinks, but it’s a hit or miss.
I got a stuffer and a drink. The next morning I felt awful. Sweating, vomtitting, diarrhea, body aches, lethargic, nausea. Went to the doctor; tested negative for COVID and Flu. 24 hrs passed and I was all better. It was obviously food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate that no one else ate, so I am guessing I got it from here. Just a fair warning. Maybe the stuffer was not cooked fully. I felt like I was dying when I was sick
for that time. All because of this Dunkin’.

They gave me the wrong donut I'm not a happy camper explane to them what I wanted they still gave me the wrong donut That is not good customer service

Don’t even bother with this place. The employees are incompetent, completely disorganized, run around the store not knowing what they are doing. Majority of every order I’ve placed online has been incorrect.

Kaiden was very pleasant going through the drive thru. I have never had an issue with this place and have been reading the reviews and not sure why everyone is complaining.

The worst place I’ve have ever been to. It’s so dirty and gross. Unorganized. And the new manager is the worst. She is so disrespectful to employees. She was yelling and asking them if them were stupid? This place was awesome a few weeks ago I don’t know what happened but you need the old manager back! At least she was respectful and cared about this store! I will be calling the health department due to the cleanliness of this store and something needs done about that woman that claims to be management!

Awful customer service, apparently employees have no ability to read because the orders are constantly incorrect, i once ordered a strawberry cream cheese bagel and received a bacon egg and cheese croissant. More than a couple times have placed an online order and only gotten one of 3 or 4 items when attempting a pickup.

The literal only reason I keep going is because the coffee itself is delicious, and the breakfast options are far superior compared to Scooters, but at least they understand how to read an order screen.

(In the picture posted, my coffee has none of the flavors listed, and I implore anyone reading this to find the oatmilk in my drink.)
