I love their coffee and food but often I am lacking part of my order as everything seems sped up and hurried, quantity over quality

It wouldn't take my daughter's card. Luckily I was along on the trip to use my card.

My order has been messed up.never have many or any donuts when I go.inconsistency in the taste of the coffee.bitter at times.

Met 3 friends for coffee and visit. Spent over 2 hours there. Everything was absolutely delish! I ordered half- caff and the cashier didn’t look at me with a blank stare and a “Are you crazy? ” attitude. (I overheard her explain carefully to another employee exactly what to do). My coffee was perfect! So was my bacon, egg and cheese bagel and the 3 chocolate donut holes that I couldn’t resist! It was clean and the dining area was cozy. Best of all, the people acted like they enjoyed their jobs and treated us like guests! When I tipped the cashier, she said thank you so much. They even told us goodbye and have a nice day. We will be back! Keep up the great work!

I ordered a dozen donuts and asked specifically for fun Halloween ones because they were going to kids. I understand the spider one is more expensive. But was assured they would have sprinkles. Not a single one did, I am very disappointed. My coffee was also very bitter.

Got a coffee this morning and i specified which kind i wanted, i ordered an iced coffee and asked for ice (i always ask for iced) and she pretty much yelled at me for HER getting my order wrong.most rude experience ever.i believe her name tag said teresa

Will Never go back long as she is there I placed anfor my grandson and a coffee for me. They had me pull around front to wait for the food. When this girl came out. I asked if she could check and see that I had gotten my reward points and I was pulling the app up on my phone for her to see if it did show up. And her reply was no worries. I can stand out here all day in the hot Sun. Just take your time, do whatever I'm like. Excuse me. I said I'm just trying to find out if I got the rewards for my purchase, Again, she made the same comment. And and then she said here, I'll fix that for you. She took the sack of food, went back in and. Returned with my money, I'm like, are you serious? You just took the food for my grandson. I cannot believe your attitude or that you would even be allowed to work around other people. And her remark then was gotcha gatcha. I did report her to the owners. I have no clue what they ever did. I know I was not the only person that has had a complaint with this girl. As a matter of fact, I read several complaints on Facebook.
Needless to say, I have not been back. Plenty of places to get donuts and coffee with pleasant appreciation for our business

Glazed donut and coffee were average but the order of hash browns was laughable. There were only 6 hash rounds in the bottom of the bag. Didn't even fill it up half way. And I didn't care for the seasoning on those. They may have been sitting for awhile.

Wouldn't recommend eating at Dunkin donuts due to the fact that the worker is coughing around the donuts without her hand over her mouth without any regards of the food around her

Our donuts were stale. While our service provider was friendly and informative it is not appropriate to continuously call customers (women you do not know) babe, honey, or sweetheart. It is condescending, unprofessional, and not flattering to customers.

For a place that is supposed to serve sweet treats, they have trouble getting the sweet in the treat.
We have had to go back through the drive-through a most times to add sweetener.

This is a full service Dunkin' in a gas station. The service was excellent. My order was perfect. There is a quaint dining area beyond the order counter with limited seating.

Big shout out to Zee Always such a pleasure to go through the drive thur when she is working. She has Amazing attitude. She most definitely has leadership and would make an great manager for ur team. Most definitely deserve a raise she always goes above and beyond for her costumers. Thank you ZEE for the awesome experience.

Ordered two bagels and some hash browns this morning. Bagels didn’t take long to be made but hashbrowns I didn’t even bother waiting for. Lady who had started on them walked away from them without bagging any of them and they all were talking in the back.

They can never make simple food correctly or get your order correctly its either not right, bagels are burnt and too hard to eat! Waste of money! Thos is the worst dunkin donuts
