Was kind of disappointed at their very limited selection of plants. And none of their employees ever asked if i needed assistance even though they watched me walk around the same area of the store four times.

Very nice staff, now is the start of spring and itchy gardening fingers! Visit for ideas on inside and outside plantings. A bit pricier than HyVee or Walmart but better quality.

Excellent customer service and outstanding knowledge and ability to use the knowledge in giving advice! Will only go here for my landscaping needs moving forward!

Great place to go to to get the best plants, had a wonderful variety of plants if I lived in Ottumwa permanently I would go there to get my plants because they are wonderful and they have a great policy and warranty on trees

Love this place, it has everything you need for your home garden and great quality. Over the years I have bought many items from this place, everything grows great because they take care of their plants. They planted a tree in my my house and I’m very happy with it. Total was $500 with labor. Everything is pricey at this place but you get what you pay for. I will keep shopping at this place. Also you can find staff and talk to them. They are very nice and knowledgeable people, I will be going back and getting more trees and plants. If you love to garden you will love this place

Some things are better unsaid. If you like them then I’m glad you’ve had good experiences with them. If you have had issues with them then you already know what I’m thinking. I don’t see things here getting better but maybe I’m wrong. I won’t ever go back there. That’s all I have to say.

They're always so knowledgeable and helpful. I can always find gardening things here that I can't find in other places. They just really know gardening. I particularly like their seed starter. It's perfect for starting my seeds.

Plants are healthy and they help you make sure you keep them that way. The service staff can't be beat. So helpful. Love this store.

Purchased a lot of plants from here, only one has died, the rest are healthy, beautiful, and thriving.
