4I called them today for power that was fading on and off. They sent a truck over and the worker checked the REC side and the part that was my responsibility. He was able to fix a shoddy repair done by an electrician last January. I am very grateful. I called a local electrician and never heard back. REC went above and beyond for me. Thank you!
