Scheduled our garage door repair within hours of calling and showed up on time. Very professional and courteous. Raynor Door where we purchased our garage door would not even schedule the repair for the next day let alone the next week. We were not able to get our vehicles out very easily due to the condition of the door since the cable snapped on the side. Thank you Tim for the great service.

Tim and his crew are so attentive to their customers needs! They are also always so quick to respond! Rain or shine (or bitter cold) they are right there! I know they will answer any questions I have. My garage door seal froze to the ground last winter and began to sag. We limped it *sadly* along and tossed around the idea of fixing it ourselves. We had waited one day too long and discovered we needed an expert. One conversation with Tim and he was out the next morning (the day before Christmas mind you) to fix it! If you ask me. It was our best Christmas gift to have that issue handled by a pro! Anyone I hear in need of a garage door, Tim and his crew will be my first and ONLY recommendation!

Awful customer service. I didn't even get past an initial phone conversation, and I am glad that was my only experience with this business. I can't imagine how the rest of my experience could have been.
I scheduled a home repair for my broken garage door. I called around and was able to get another business at a more convenient time for me, so I called back to cancel the appointment (which was more than a 48 hr.notice). Once they realized I wasn't using their business, they hung up on me, mid-sentence. No professional courtesy whatsoever. No follow up or personal concern.

We called and he was able to come the very next morning! Quick with responses and appointments! Amazing service and great prices! We wouldn’t use anyone else!

Tim has done lots of work for me and always gives me excellent service and works us in when we have a problem. Opener broke at 9: 00pm and by mid afternoon the next day I had a new one installed and working perfectly. I would recommend him and his crew for all your overhead door needs. Our garage door lost tension in the cable and it came unspooled so our door wouldn’t shut. It’s -25 degrees. Tim and Thayne came out the next morning and fixed it in 10 minutes. They also oiled the springs for us. Great, timely & professional service!
