Had a pedicure and dip manicure done today. Both the lady who did my pedicure and Kathy who did my manicure did a wonderful job. Both took their time and were particular with their work. My dip manicure looks very natural and not too thick! I will be going back! Very relaxing!

Always do the best job on my nails. I always recommended to my friends who are looking for a good place to go. Eden nails staff is amazing and their the sweetest people ever ️ 10/10 recommended. In and out in less than an hour

Love the owner and staff, especially Tim. Affordable and clean and my nails last much longer here than other locations.

I have been here before and had good experiences. Today I was helped by new guy (Kan I believe) who absolutely didn’t know what he was doing nor would he listen what was my concern with cracked nail. After he finished he asked me if liked it and I have told I don’t, but he said that is best he could do. Linda was great every time when I was there but I won’t be back, what a waste of $80.

Had a terrible experience here. Went with my mom, sister, and daughter. Had an appointment scheduled. They were over booked and employees were rushing.

Took over 2.5 hours to get a basic pedicure and dip manicure. Quality of the pedicure and dip nails was very disappointing.

Water in two of the pedicure chairs were cold, they did not offer to warm it up. They did not offer their services book until 2 of us were half way through our pedicures. When we tried to say what wanted on our toes they did not listen. Employees were unable to do a flower design.

Didn't receive the services we scheduled for. My daughter was supposed to receive a manicure and pedicure. She did not get her pedicure during those 2.5 hours.

My sisters manicure and pedicure took over 3 hours to complete. Will not be back.

If you’re looking for the BEST nails in town you need to visit Cindy. She has the most attention to detail and actual cares about the condition of your nails. Many places go so quick and On to the next. Inhad the worst nails going in and the best nails I’ve ever had fling out. She is a must see!

I’ve been there twice and both have been amazing. Really love Cindy’s work. I’m giving 3 stars for this only because I’ve been trying to get in the last two days and they have told me they don’t have time and when I asked when they would the person kind of laughed on the phone. My gender reveal party is in a few weeks and I was really hoping to get my nails done. I don’t like going to any other place. ‍️

I've been to multiple salons in the Des Moines area, and Kathy's salon is by far the best. I've been going there off an on for a year. Every once in awhile I'll go somewhere else to check out different atmospheres and options but I always end up going back to Kathy. She's so sweet, and does excellent work!

If you like to have your nails long I do not recommend coming here. I’ve had to go back 2 times to get my nails fixed and they still kept falling off and this happened all in 1 week. I got so fed up I just bit them all off. This was literally a waste of $60!

I got my eyebrows done here and the finishing look didn’t come out as i wanted it to. The arch of my eyebrow was waxed off so now my eyebrow looks odd. It was also kind of rushed and there is some hair above the brow that wasn’t waxed.

Kathy and her staff are so accommodating, and excellent at what they do! I love the atmosphere, and everything is always spotless. A great salon.

This was the second time and last time going to Eden Nails. I sat waiting in the pedi tub for 30 minutes while my nail person was working on another person. I even had an appointment. When she finally got to me, she didnt ask about the water temp nor was she really concerned about my nails when finished. My pedicure lasted as long as the lady's who sat next to me who sat down at the same time. Poor customer service.

Came in with my friend to get are nails done and one lady told us to sit down then another told us they were to busy and to come back another time but there was only two people inside and 4 workers

I had a full set of acrylic nails put on along with a deluxe pedi
Both ladies did a great job snd were super nice. I picked out a new style for my acrylics nails and they turned out great. Will definitely go back.

Friendly staff. They did an excellent job on my daughter and I's nails. I usually have an issue with polish or acrylic nails staying on. The nails have yet to give me any issue. Great place!

Not only is this salon clean but the work that the employees do exceeds all of my expectations! I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees plus the owner always fits me in even after hours. I have always felt like a valued customer. Not only do I feel at home here I always get the best results no matter what it is I have done! I will never go anywhere else!

Kathy has been doing my nails for years. She is a perfectionist, wanting every client to have a pleasant experience. Hand and back massage included! Even offering a beverage to drink. The Best Spa in the area!

They do amazing pedicures! Massage was a lengthy time. The salon was clean and modern environment.

Great place to get your nails and eyebrows done, they do a fantastic job, the nail polish doesn't chip fast, the prices are cheaper than tips and toes and the staff is real nice.
