The Edwards group supports their "Bargain" dealership. That lot promises reliability and hides behind "As Is" stickers to rip people off. Do NOT trust any of them and do NOT support any of their dealership lots. Treat people better. Stop selling junk vehicles and lying to consumers. Atty General contacted.

I recently traded in my Rav4 for a Jeep Wrangler at another dealership, cut to two months later and I was not happy in the Jeep Wrangler anymore. I was able to connect with Daniel who had Isaiah help me get out of the Jeep back into a Rav4, back where I was comfortable. Once we got all that done JO was able to get the paperwork done quickly and efficient. These guys truly helped me get out of my own bad deal into something more I liked again! Will not go anywhere else again! Thank you Daniel, Isaiah, and JO! Thank you Thank you Thank you! Appreciate you all!

Imagine buying a vehicle and having it break down before you even make it home, and then imagine that their only response is to pound sand and that they will nothing as their vehicles are “as is”. Good news is you can turn that dream into a reality by purchasing through them.

Two days, no response from sales manager, multiple messages left with Edward's Nissan. Still waiting. He's always "unavailable".

I had a great time buying my first car today. Anthony, J. O and Isiah made it really easy and a decently fun experience. Appreciate it guys!

This auto group is super shady. They cover up issues with vehicles and have no problem selling you a problem vehicle.

Edwards auto staff were fantastic to work with. Thank you JO, Josh and Raymond for all you did to make the experience of selling and buying a car go smooth. We will definitely use this group again next time we need a new car!

My husband and I had a great experience working with Ray and will be recommending him to friends and family!

Warning. I would finance a bicycle with Edward's Nissan. It pays to cross the bridge to Bellevue Woodhouse Nissan not Lake Manawa Nissa.

I have been in this business for 30 years. I worked for these people from November 2021 through April 2022. They are the absolute worst I have ever encountered. They flood the floor with children, don't give you a chance to park before multiple salespeople accost you, over hire, and change management on the average every 2 years or less. Most of the sales force is stoned 24-7s. The new GM, Justin Norwood, fired everybody associated with the former GM, who convinced me to move here from Arizona, then denied unemployment claims. Don't work for them, do not buy from them, they are the worst possible dealership.

I will never do business with people who are not on the same page and are rude. Ithey are smart mout, think they are special and hang up on customers who are totally confused on what's going on.

The car buying was pretty simple and pain free.

My car needs to be registered in 3 days and still waiting for Edwards to take care of their end. So needless to say I’m sure I’ll be getting pulled over because they haven’t done the inspection for the out of state title.

Car buying easy. Afterwords not so much.

Should have read reviews before putting trust in them. Took my car in for a recall and they messed something up. Took it back to get that fixed a week later and they charged me 600. They got me.don't let them get you.

They do not like women so beware if you’re a female looking for a vehicle. I spoke to the VP and COO of this edwards group and he told me, after I told him what happened, that I wasn’t discriminated against. I am the loan applicant, I own the trade in and they literally wouldn’t speak to me, return my calls, were audibly annoyed when I asked for a breakdown of what was on the loan (they added 2.5k extra package without asking me or my husband and going over total costs) Then, the “kind VP and COO” hung up on me after I asked what he was going to do to make it right and his answer was a fluffy nothing. He told me I’d need to talk to his legal team about my complaint. Looks like I get to deal with their legal team instead and they don’t even know who their legal team is. Again, BEWARE. 2.5k extra on a loan they wouldn’t even show me the breakdown of.

Update- their GM, Justin and Sales Manager, Alex, and David in finance all three called (only announcing Alex and then I realized there were multiple voices) and explained their “story”- they all the sudden, arbitrarily- not in their trade in policy- said that they can’t take my 2022 RAM TRX “sight unseen”. Also, they record all your calls and I live in a two party state.

Picked up a new vehicle recently. I was told from someone on the phone a week or two prior that it was ahead of schedule and she saw it in the parking lot. After wasting gas and driving there it was in fact not there. Someone else was dealt the same antics and was also falsely told a vehicle was there when it wasn’t. Luckily Alex was able to spot the vehicle for me a week or two later and let me purchase it. Hats off to Alex! He was great throughout it all.

I purchased the plan A coverage and I had to contact the dealer weeks later as to when they could do it. After I had to reach out, I brought the vehicle in and their third party applied the plan A coverage. They probably drove ~$10 worth of gas and was not courteous enough to at least replace the gas that was driven but left the truck on an empty tank.

Finally, I inquired about a minor ding that I created on the plastic in my center console and the options that could be taken. Ashley in service took down my name and number and said she was going to contact me Monday after she reached out to her auto body shop, but I have yet to hear back. I really would not have cared if I wouldn’t have been led on as if I was going to be contacted. The managers of the dealership were great during closing of the deal though and really work with you on giving you the best market price available.
