Had an appointment for an oil change. It took an hour and 45 minutes, the service desk didn't know the price of a 6 quart Mobile 1 oil change even though it was on the the t.v. 's behind her then doubted my 2008 Corvette only took 6 quarts of oil. My tire pressure wasn't checked because 3 tires needed filled and no oil sticker on the window for my next change. Hopefully my oil was actually changed?

The young lady. Amy.was excellent and fun to work with to get my recall taken care of. When I came back to pick up my car, she was friendly, helpful, and had me crying laughing! She was a delight!

Had a great experience. No high pressure sales. Was treated with respect and they really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle.

I came in for a recall on my head lamp.
The next day after it was done, my headlight was not working. When I had someone look at it when I opened. The plastic cooks on the plastic piece we're missing. And I am still waiting on a call back from somebody about the situation

The service department had my car for 2 weeks, which put me in a bind because they never had a loaner car available. They finally made it right with a rental car, the last 4 days they had my car, after I had to practically beg for one. One other complaint is that the mechanic left black oil residue all over my light tan leather and I'm having a terrible time getting it off.

I bought a truck last week and I'm very happy with the way everything went. I never expected to get exactly what I wanted in a truck, I got the truck I wanted at a great price. The staff was exceptional. I had some special circumstances and they helped me tremendously. Nice job Edwards! Thanks Larry, Jose and Ty.

The brakes on my 2012 Cadillac SRX were squeezing & at times sounded as if they were rubbing. I had the front and back brakes done in January 2023. I was told the front pads were worn possibly defective. The front brake pads were replaced. Overall, I was satisfied with when I was able to get an appointment, the shuttle service and of course with having the brakes repaired in a timely manner and at no cost. Jessica & Vincent did a great job!

Hey Rich you say that you read every one of these reviews let me see if you read this one or not but a truck last week they said that they were going to take care of some issues with it but they did not do that I tried numerous times to contact people email phone calls talk to my salesman Finance guy nobody return my phone calls this is the worst experience I've ever had my life I bought vehicle since 1994 new or used and this is the worst experience I've ever had

Kellie was amazing! We emailed back and forth for quite a few days and she had the vehicle I wanted waiting for me up front! Once we bought the vehicle she helped me set up everything imaginable and helped me figure out the app. The Sales Manager Ty was super helpful, funny and easy to talk to. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

Would be nice if they would do windows and vacuum. I even asked if your company does this. I was told yes. It has never happened.
