Repaired tire and changed oil and filter. Happy with that! Charged $58 dollars for an engine air filter that i could buy elsewhere for $25 or less. VERY DISAPOINTED!

Everyone lied and no one cared after the fact! Don't buy from here! Alex will lie about whatever he needs to, to close the deal.

At 9am I took my wife's 2023 Grand Cherokee in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take 40 min. 90 min later they told me that they had broken a lug nut stem off. Could I bring it back in at 3: . Took it back at 3: 00. Was told it would take an hour. Went back at 4;00 and was told it was a bigger job than they thought it would be. Could I leave it over night and they would take care of it first thing in the morning. Gave me a loaner Gadiator to drive. My 70 year old wife couldn't get in with out a ladder. Called at 11: : 00 was told they would get to it as soon as the technician finished up on the car they were working on. Called again at 2: 00 and was told the same thing. I told them we needed it by 3;00 as we had appointments and had to pick up grandkids from school. At 4: 00 they finally called and said it was ready. Two full days for an oil change. I'm not happy at all.

Nice people to work with. I would have given more stars but I bought a new truck and they would not honor the price they provided in writing.

They messed up the first time around by putting the wrong rim and the wrong tires on the wrong wheels and said it was my fault. Had to come by the next morning at 8 am to get it done. They charge people an arm and a leg and don’t even do the work right first time around.

Great service! My wife and I have been going to Edwards in Storm Lake IA for year and have purchased 4 vehicles from them. They’re always upfront about the cars and trucks they sell. I just got my 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ. I love the truck and they made the buying process easy with out any pushy sales pitches. They really wanted to find the perfect vehicle for me!

They explain if you have something wrong with your vehicle and show you what's wrong with it also after the service is done they show you what they're charging how much it is and if we are satisfied with the job. Thank you

Edwards service added a hitch to my Jeep for me, I was a little nervous about how it might look but they did a fantastic job and it fits in nicely with the exterior of my Jeep.

Made an appointment online and received the confirmation email, however when I arrived for my appointment I wasn't listed anywhere on their books. They were very pleasant and apologized and did get me in for the oil change and tire rotation about an hour later then was scheduled

I have bought many vehicles, but I have never worked with a dealership that doesn't negotiate. If I wanted to work with carmax I would have called them. If you're looking for a real car deal call a real reputable dealership not this one.

Very nice people, they picked my vehicle while I was working and dropped it off. They were able to get my car in earlier then I thought and was able to pay online.
