Took awhile to get the parts in, I was told they had the parts! Brought in 1 November, picked up 22 November.
Great work, checked everything, 1,800+ able to bail polaris out. I am sure the polaris need the going over! Now like new.

First off if you call them to find out what's going on with your machine there more than likely not calling you back. Second off they left parts out where they got wet or left them in a tub that got water in it and ruined my clutch with gilomen parts in it. They replaced it but not the gilomen parts. Won't be taking stuff back there won't recommend them!

Karl and crew were terrific to work with.they made the transaction very smooth. These guys definitely know their stuff!

Karl and Shaun are always super helpful and friendly, I have never walked into a store and felt like a friend faster. Bobby, the manager, is always open to helping out too and runs a really great shop. When I needed my bike fixed up, everyone back in parts and service was able to help me figure out what needed done and for a hell of a deal too. I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else for my bike needs and love telling my friends and family how great these guys are. Keep up the good work!

My new Outlaw ATV was delivered to my house at exactly the day and time we set up. He parked it right where I asked him, made sure to hand me the owner's manual, and even marked the important page of oil change schedules. I'll be shopping with them for another new ATV soon!

Brandon provided great service on my BMW R1200GSA. Super easy to work with and transparent. After service, bike ran better than before - as it should. What took this BMW dealership to the next level was picking me up to grab my bike once service was done….

It took a little time and 1 cancellation (by Edward's) when setting a scheduled service. Once set, the driver who picked up and dropped off was professional, service desk answered all questions and exceeded expectation in mechanical services performed during oil and lube.

Logan did an Excellent job locating the Snow Plow parts that I had purchased and putting my name on them for my 2021 Polaris Ranger 1000cc.

Service manager was very helpful and got cycle in right away for recall and oil change. Work done timely and well, very satisfied.

Went in purchased a helmet as a gift at no time was I told by either of the 2 associates that there are no refunds or exchanges on helmets even after I told both of the situation. BBB has has complaints filed by other for similar situations. That was my last purchase there ever. Will pay more somewhere else with no regrets

Had a good experience. They are a newer BMW motorcycle dealer. So they are feeling their way a little bit but it wasn't a problem.

Still a great place to buy.

Horn went out on my bike and it was covered under warranty. They were willing to work with me since it's cold out, and let me swap horns without bringing in the bike.

Take my bike in here for maintenance all the time! Brandon and LJ are the main ones I work with and they’re awesome! Quick to follow up and provide updates. They truly are great to work with. Only place I trust with my R1.

The people here are super friendly and cool to talk to. They run things really well and know what theyre doing. Called on a Friday to see if they had a bike, they did, went down on Saturday to buy it. Easiest process ever, and the bike was in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend coming in!

Did a great job helping me with a warranty problem with my Spyder. I never purchased it from them but they work with me as if I had. I would recommend them to anyone. They went out of their way.

Had an absolutely great experience with the folks at Edward's. Needed a new rear tire for my K bike while traveling cross country. Called Edward's and not only did they have my tire in stock, but were able to work me in as soon as I could get there. I was back on the road in about an hour. Had great conversation with the staff. All very knowledgeable and super helpful with area info!
