The intake process was smooth and quick. Staff provided understanding and support throughout the process and transition. They answered questions fully. Once my mom was in there all staff were compassionate and welcoming. They have activities and encourage participation. They make sure to include family and have monthly events like family night.

The staff were caring and attentive with Mom’s transition to Eiler Place. Our goals for our Mom were to have her in a safe environment, having balanced meals and socializing; all of these have been met.
