Right when I walked in the atmosphere alone made me feel at ease. Beth, at the front desk, greeted me with a smile and she was so cheerful. You could tell she really truly enjoys her job by her positive cheerful attitude. Grant was incredible. He took the time to listen to my struggles and not only gave me the reassurance that I was in good hands but also the tools and exercises to improve my day to day life. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to them.

I worked with Jace for PT after foot surgery. Jace was very knowlegable, friendly and engaged at each session. Staff is friendly, south Ankeny location is very convenient, and appointment times very flexible. I recommend Elevate Physical Therapy!

Night and day difference after visiting elevate for back pain. Very comfortable experience. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. If your looking for options besides medication, stop by and check these guys out!

I had a car accident 1 year yesterday. During that year I went to my chiropractor, had X-rays and an MRI. I could not figure out what was causing so much pain in my hip. After only a a few visits and dry needling, I was back in the gym. I'm not 100% however, I'm back to injoying my life with minimal pain. I appreciate Elevate's honesty when it came to my treatment and what was actually needed to recover.

I saw Alyssa for Pelvic Floor PT and she was amazing! I started seeing her mid way through pregnancy and she helped me stay active throughout my pregnancy, addressed pains and discomforts and helped me prepare for labor by practicing positions and different stretches etc. I returned back after having a C section and she helped me with muscle recovery, scar mobilization and eventually the return to running assessment. She has such a gentle and comforting approach that made me so comfortable to address any concerns I was feeling with my body and make me feel confident throughout pregnancy and postpartum! She was even willing to rock and hold my baby when I needed to bring him to one of my appointments The entire PT clinic is so professional from the front desk to the PTs. Can’t recommend enough!

My experience at Elevate Physical Therapy is beyond a five star review! Jace and Alyssa have been my therapist through a very difficult time and I am not sure where I’d be if it weren’t for them and the whole staff! They are always very informative and positive with me and give me so much insight and encouragement. Thank you for always helping me to achieve my goals towards a healthier and active lifestyle!

As someone who has been an employee, student observer, and patient at Elevate Physical Therapy, I highly recommend them for all needs! They are professional, genuine, and highly knowledgable people. Patient care, education, and advocacy are at the top of their priority list. Not only do they help to improve the quality of life in each individual, they can make the process fun along the way. I had the privilege to talk to many of the PTs about pain or functional issues while I was working there. However, Alyssa is who I officially visited as a patient. She is spectacular at teaching about pelvic floor health and she sincerely listens to each and every concern a person may have. Elevate Physical Therapy is an amazing place to be a part of and I will always recommend them to patients and students from here on out.

Grant Jacobson is amazing to work with! Was able to diagnose and get me on a gameplan to get my chronic shoulder injury fixed. Does a great job at giving home exercises to do, as well as, treat symptoms/pain with a variety of treatment methods (dry needling, cupping, etc.).

I’ve been fighting knee pain for years, and I had pretty much given up the thought of recovery. Grant and the rest of the team at Elevate Physical Therapy in Ankeny have helped me to manage the pain, but even better, they have given me a renewed sense of hope and motivation.
