Appointment was timely, so I did not have to wait beyond my scheduled time. Exam was thorough and fully explained. When it came time to order new glasses, my budgetary constraints were taken into consideration and frames I could easily afford were presented as possibilities. Very happy with my visit.
After posting a bad review, we received a call from the manager of the clinic in which she and my wife discussed our issues and frustrations with their services. It seems they really want to make things right and try to improve on the areas with which we were unhappy. I am hoping to be able to get everything resolved and come back with a really good review.
