17I would not come here. These people are HIGHLY unprofessional. My appointment was cancelled no one called me to tell me thay. I drove all the way there used my food money for the day for gas. I work retail and my hours have been cut severely bc of covid. I was told by the clinic director that since it was hard for me to afford gas to get to the clinic then maybe I dont need to have allergy shots after all. Keep in mind I've been hospitalized for allergic reactions before but apparently to the so called 'professionals' at ent only the rich deserve medical treatment.
My appointment was at 9: 15 am, I arrived at 8: 50 am and was in a room before my appointment time. The dr came in the room a few min after I was brought back so there was no wait time. The dr was great, and checked everything. Dr spent a lot of time explaining everything and answering any questions I had. It was a great experience all together and the staff were all very professional.
Horrible physician services. My appointment was at 1: 30, Dvorak didnt come in until almost 2: 30p and spent all of 4 mins in the exam room and by 2: 39p we were exiting the parking lot. He came in with a condescending attitude asking why we were there; I asked if he read the notes and he got indignant. His entire "exam" was a joke. He offered no real answers, and tried to refer me to the AEA after I'd already explained their audiologist being a no-show was why we were referred to ENT Professionals.
I don't care if they are the "only ENT in town" I will never take my child here again. He openly admitted he's not even aware of which pediatric speech pathologist services exist in the QC, so, I don't trust his general nor medical knowledge at all. Useless waste of an entire day.
NOTE: They will schedule you for an initial appointment without telling you the time or day and you have to cancel, confirm, or reschedule it via an automated phone call. Then you wait for them to call back to schedule it for real. I should have known then they would be less than professional!
****There is NO hand sanitizer. They had oral medical instruments soaking in a little metal box (did not see an autoclave) Stay away!
My daughter was seen the being of September due to excessive nose bleeds. They ended up having to cauterize her left nostril. The Nurse Practitioner was very professional and friendly, which put not only my daughter at ease but me as well.
I have to admit, I read these reviews before my appointment and was very hesitant. The staff was very pleasant. I saw Dr. Burmeister and he was not rude at all. He listened, examined, asked questions and answered mine respectfully. I have no complaints about my visit today.
Very professional Doctors. I couldn't hear myself talking let alone others. It was a challenge to meet my needs. My Doctor to me is tops. I wouldn't want any other. Hes been on top of my issues since I walked in the door the first time. And he still is. The reception area has never been rude or condescend in any way. I would recommend using this group.
We waited over an hour to be seen by the doctor, past the appointment time they set. Then they send the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Then they say I should have verbally told them even though I put our current pharmacy in writing that day. Very frustrating.
I was referred to Dr. Burmeister by my regular doctor because over the last few years I've been getting more and more severe sinus pain every time that I cry. Even though I told him that I don't cry very often at all, and the last time that I did was several months ago when my dog died, he told me that if I have a problem crying all the time then he's not the kind of doctor I should be seeing. Ok, rude. I brushed it off, then asked him if he had any suggestions at all for sinus pressure relief - he told me that if the pain happens when I cry, then I should "just be happy" and he sent me on my way. If it's simply a problem he can't fix, that's fine. But I can't believe I waited months to get in just to be talked down to like that.
Very unprofessional and do not call patient to update them. Daughter has a surgery tomorrow (Friday) and they told they were going to call me on Thursday to let me know what time to come in tomorrow for the surgery. (First of all who does that?) Don't i have to plan ahead. To top it off no one has call me yet and yet they said the surgery is tomorrow. I could give these folks 0 star if I could. Please if you value your time do not waste your precious time here.
Look elsewhere.
So I came to ENT in December to repair holes in my ear drum, I'm on my 5th return visit and still haven't gotten this fixed, on top of that everytime I come in I sit for over an hour waiting to see the Dr. This time is no different here we sit for an hour and I've spoke to desk for second time and no change. If I could give a negative rating I would. Problem is no other ENT in area they are all part of same group.
Trisha never called me back friday BEFORE my son's surgery to answer some questions. VERY RUDE

The office was nice enough to squeeze my daughter in on a Friday so she did not have to suffer the weekend. The Dr was great with her, he was up front and clear about treatment options and the front desk staff was welcoming! Highly recommend. We drove over am hour and will be back for all of our ENT needs.
The doctor we seen was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered any of our concerns regarding my mother's loss of hearing.
The support staff is very unprofessional. At my appointment I was given a referral to another medical professional. At that time, I was informed that it could be a long wait. I was told that I could call back for a referral to another group if I needed to be seen sooner. My PT and I determined that 5 months was too long to wait. I called today for the second referral as directed and was lectured by the woman who was assisting today about canceling appointments. New appointment also 5 months out. Her cell phone rang and she put me on hold to answer it. When she got back to me, I was told that there was nothing she could do. I explained that my pt wants me seen sooner than that. Her response, then have your pt call. Rude. Condescending. Not concerned at all with patient care. And, did I mention Rude!
The receptionist was extremely rude. If you are in the healthcare profession act as though you actually care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Very impressed with time spent and "bed side manner" by Dr Dvorak and Staff with my elderly mother this PM. 7/17/17. Highly recommend these people.john
Horrible. Appointment was for my fiancee. Arrived here at 2: 05 for a 2: 30 appointment. Did not get called to go back to exam room until 4: 18. Dr.did a surgery during lunch, was running behind but never bothered to inform his afternoon appointments that he would be running behind. What professional makes he patients wait in the office for over 2 hours, then wait in the exam room for another hour. The office people and nurse were just as bad. Saying running behind today sorry. Why couldn't they call people and give them the option to reschedule? Why didn't they say something at check-in, instead of after a hour, I had to ask what is going on, and just keep getting told it should be soon. Might be a good doctor, but service is horrible. I will find a different doctor.
